I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.

2019 Porsche Cayenne review
This is a great all around SUV. It's quick and quiet and gets decent gas mileage. I bought a 2019 Cayenne S in the summer of 2025 with low miles. 440 horsepower and adjustable suspension make this a great road car. I have the Carfax and it shows just routine maintenance. I've had two oil changes and 4 tires and that's all it's needed. It now has 68k miles. Look for an independent shop for repairs and maintenance and you'll love it

Jack Daniels Porsche review
This is the very first car I have ever purchased. I have been to over a dozen dealerships and it was this particular dealership I decided that I wanted to do business with. Joy was the person who was there for me every step of the way. She is very friendly, always has a genuine smile on her face, and showed care and concern for me throughout the buying process. She did not pressure me, she told me that I don't have to buy the vehicle if I didn't want to. Her main concern was my happiness, and that meant a lot to me. Joy was the main reason why I decided to do business with Jack Daniels Porsche. The staff was helpful and friendly. They worked with my budget, and helped me get into the vehicle that I wanted. It was a truly pleasant experience. I would recommend Jack Daniels Porsche to friends and family.

This spring I bought a 2023 Honda Odyssey for my family. We wanted something spacious and in a good condition. After several trips, it's clear we made the right choice. It drives quietly, and nothing rattles.
2021 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased the 21 Cayenne S Coupe used with 12K miles in 2024. I now have 40K miles on it and enjoy it very much. The things I like are; the cabin comfort, 18 way seats with bolsters are great, it has all the power I need, ride quality with PASM is good, and there have been no issues. Porsche tax is high with depreciation and maintance cost a factor to be considred. Only complaint is the transmission downshift are clunky when changing between drive modes.

If you go to the right place; find the right person; get the right information; find the right car; you too can experience the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Jack Daniels Porsche, Marty Field, and a CPO Porsche Cayenne made my best car buying experience happen. Marty Field, what can I say...unbelievable product knowledge, combined with the patience of a monk, the sense of humor to deal with me and my wife made this happen. If you are buying a car....ANY CAR...call Marty Field at Jack Daniels Porsche (973-216-8232) and make an appointment. You will not regret it. Marty is not your typical car salesman! Most important, BE NICE TO MARTY!!! He is a treasure! Bill Brown

One of the top 3 best SUVs in the market by far, only rivaled by RR and Bentley. The quality is flawless; it drives like a car but with the comfort of a luxury SUV. Best of both worlds. I have a 911 and I am shocked how fantastic is the driving experience of the Cayenne

Paul Miller Porsche review
I came into the dealership after a search on the internet, and they took me right in and started to address my issues with my 2022 Macan. Mr. Monty Harris, walked me through the entire process, and when everything was done, he even gave me a quick tutorial of the car. I've owned many vehicles, both new and previously owned, but I've never experienced the level of care and concern that Monty and the team exhibited. Keep up the great job you're doing Paul Miller, because if/when the need arises again; I'll be back. Rick Prince

2020 Porsche Cayenne review
Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

2022 Porsche Cayenne review
Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them
