Import MastersReviews
Import Masters review
I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.

Excellent experience again! Everyone in service was great, especially Monte Harris! He kept me informed of the status of my Porsche starting with the recall service and then inspection for the extended warranty that I purchased. They also corrected an SOS communication issue at no charge!
2013 Porsche Cayenne review
It’s the best combination of beauty, practicality and performance for me. It’s fun to drive on the curves, it can go off road, it’s luxurious inside, I love looking at it, and it’s even getting better mileage than I expected.

Buying a car sight unseen is not for the faint of heart, but finding the right one is difficult, if you limit yourself to the local market. I was able to find mine through Porsche Car Finder. Danny Marji was an excellent resource for my most recent purchase. He was a great advocate who delivered an excellent car.

We had to have our vehicle towed to this dealership. It was bought out of state. They treated our service issues as if we were their best customer. Chrys Kinney our the service advisor, was absolutely great. All done over the phone he took care of our issue with professionalism and understanding and got our car back to us as quick as possible. Terrific experience.

Volvo Cars of ManhattanReviews
Volvo Cars of Manhattan review
I needed a new set of rims for my Polestar 2 so that I can have a winter wheel set and a summer wheel set. I worked with Dan Filipe and he was great. He was quick to respond to e-mail and texts, he got the parts in, and he promptly shipped them out. When he did ship them out, he sent an e-mail with the tracking number. The rims arrived in perfect shape. It may seem a simple thing for a manager to be responsive and proactive in communication, but I don't take it for granted. Dan set the bar for others.
2021 Porsche Cayenne review
Purchased the 21 Cayenne S Coupe used with 12K miles in 2024. I now have 40K miles on it and enjoy it very much. The things I like are; the cabin comfort, 18 way seats with bolsters are great, it has all the power I need, ride quality with PASM is good, and there have been no issues. Porsche tax is high with depreciation and maintance cost a factor to be considred. Only complaint is the transmission downshift are clunky when changing between drive modes.

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.

2016 Porsche Cayenne review
2016 Cayenne Diesel is a great car. Well built, great performance, yes you can accelerate uphill, great brakes, great looks, comfortable for short and long trips. Drive 100 miles on the highway and watch your mileage remaining increase! Always fun.

2019 Porsche Cayenne review
This is a great all around SUV. It's quick and quiet and gets decent gas mileage. I bought a 2019 Cayenne S in the summer of 2025 with low miles. 440 horsepower and adjustable suspension make this a great road car. I have the Carfax and it shows just routine maintenance. I've had two oil changes and 4 tires and that's all it's needed. It now has 68k miles. Look for an independent shop for repairs and maintenance and you'll love it
