In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison. 992 C2S. Best performance car I’ve ever drivin. Can’t think of any negatives. People complain about the price but 100,000 for a suv or loaded pickup is ok. Took years to finally acquire this car , happy it finally became a reality.

I have always wanted a 911 Targa. I've always been inspired by the airy glass canopy in a refined and reliable sports car like the 911. I have wanted one since it was introduced. The glass canopy allows the outdoors in and provides plenty of light when driving through Mt. passes and canyons. I have been wanting to drive the famed 993 911 as well. So this opportunity gave me the best of both worlds.

Making update to my review below. Porsche Downtown LA contacted me directly and agreed to pay for all repairs and make the situation right. They were very apologetic about the entire situation and are willing to go above and beyond to make things better than right. I appreciate their response.

I have owned 2 Boxters. First one was a 2001 S series. Currently own a 2008 Base model. These cars are just fantastic to drive. Both were Triptonic. The exterior update on the 2008 is perfect. Only 47,000 miles on it. Bought the car with 34,000 miles on the odometer. Near mint condition. One tip for new owners is to change oil and filter every 5,000miles. I have a great mechanic who specializes Porsches and Land Rovers, I have both. Saves me me big $$$ over dealerships cost costs on repair. Follow the maintenance ‘schedule and you will have a blast. My wife and I love driving through New England with the top down. God I love the car….

One of the best sports cars available today. Comfortable daily driver with canyon carving capability. Still available with a naturally aspirated gasoline engine and a manual transmission. One of the last (mostly) analogue delights at a (relatively) affordable price.

I own a 2018 GTS 718 Boxster. This is my 4th Porsche, I've had 2 air cooled 911s and first gen Cayman S. This is by far the best car I've ever owned. Everything about is perfect. Looks excellent, handles excellent, sounds excellent in sport mode with the sport exhaust. You can actually hear noises from the turbo. Excellent power. I've always had manual transmissions and this is my first PDK and it's excellent as well, it's so smooth, you'd think Carlos Santana tuned it. First topless Porsche, my others were all coupes. Tell this girl take her top off and she does it almost instantly, topless in about 10 seconds, even when jogging! Gets thumbs up and "daaamn" remarks by passer by's. It's one of the best looking cars I've ever seen. Extremely fun to drive. I feel lucky and honored to own this car. If you have the opportunity to get one, do it, you won't regret it. Even the base model is excellent, I driven them too!

Words do not do it justice. This car is simply stunning visually, growls delightfully, and it's a dream to drive, incredibly responsive and shifts so smoothly. After a lifetime of exceptionally cool/classic/prizewinning cars - I do believe this one will turn out to be my all-time favorite. My apologies to my Jaguar clubs!

As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. I recently purchased a BMW 750i from Caseys and I can honestly say it was a great experience. They were honest with me and even let me take the car to my own mechanic to get it inspected before purchasing the car . The process of buying the car was super quick and it only took about 20 minutes. Overall i had a great experience at Caseys and I got a great car for a great price.

I flew to San Jose, California 3/1/22 and bought a used 2000 Cabriolet, one owner, 54k miles. I drove down Pacific Coast Hwy over 2 days. To LA area and tooled around for a week. Had it inspected by a Porsche restorer who gave it 👍🏻👍🏻. Drove to Las Vegas through Death Valley with top down. After a couple of days drove to Phoenix. Spent several days running on desert roads. Then spent 6 days driving back to SC. Went through “Tail of Dragon” 5 times. I named the car the “Beast”. I love it and I’m a car guy but never had a car like this. Drove it 4500 miles in 18 days. Would recommend highly.

I've been fortunate to own several cars, including a 06 Boxster, 08 911 and now this 2013 911, which I purchased Certified with 27k miles on it. It does not disappoint, the sound, the handling, the drive is amazing and so typical Porsche. Still tight after more then 10 years and 2 prior owners. Wow. Love the car and yes, found it on Cars.com

Very fun and surprisingly reliable. Known problems are somewhat commonplace but can be remedied. But pricey which is reflected in the price of the car. No other car I have driven matches the smiles and fun.
