Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
This car was my dream car, perfect color so happy!

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .
Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.
Whole buying experience was fantastic. Couldn???t have been better in anyway. Mike was great on getting the deal done. Truly amazing all around. Pricing was 10x better than anywhere else in the country. Trade pricing equally as good. Smooth process.
The sales team was not pushy at all. I felt really comfortable in every aspect of the car buying experience. Although, I think I should have gotten a better interest rate, I was unsure of if I could negotiate that aspect of the transaction, but you live and learn.

I have been driving Audi's and BMW's for over a decade and wanted to try something different. As I was searching for a car, I test drove a Macan. The car handled beautifully but what blew me away was the warranty. 6 year unlimited miles. I ended up buying a Cayenne because of the space but Porsche performance is second to none. I love my car.
My first service at Porsche! Had a minor issue with my lane change assist. After several trips back, my issues was resolved. So far, service rep. was friendly enough and accomodating. The service area was a refreshing place to have a snack, drink, or just work. Check out was a breeze.
