Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Thank you Cars.com! After weeks of searching and having a bad experience with one dealership... I happened to find a Duramax Diesel truck, on this site, in the middle of the night! I contacted the dealership and Jamal at Porsche of Stevens Creek helped me get my truck. I got such a great deal that now all my buddies are checking out the site too! LOL! I would highly recommend using this site to anyone looking for a car. They prepped the vehicle and it was in PRISTINE condition! Unlike other dealerships which presented cars that looked like they had just been towed! Being a Porsche dealership you expect the best and that's what you got. I can actually say I went to the Porsche dealership and bought a vehicle! It just happened to be an lifted 06 Chevy Duramax 2500 LBZ! If I ever win the Lotto I'll go back to Jamal!

There was a special oil change service deal posted online. I called to confirm before scheduling the service appointment, Then I learned that was not applicable to my Porsche model when I arrived, I was quite disappointed. Michelle Gent explained the situation to me and helped me through. In the end, I didn't waste my time making the trip. She got me a discount on the service even though not as low as the special deal, the car was serviced and washed while I waited at the dealership. I was pleased with my experience.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
It is always nice to get a loaner car so it makes the service experience less stressful. I like the communication, I got several texts from Michelle so I knew what was going on and there were no surprises at the end. Even though this is not my nearest dealership, it is the best value and it is always nice for it to be washed and clean. It was immaculate at pick up.
Everyone with whom I engaged, from initial contact to conclusion with Finance, made my purchase easy and stress-free. Alex, Terry, and others were diligent to ensure that vehicle was ready when I was, and kept the purchase visit as short as possible. Muneer was friendly and efficient in Finance. I have purchased around 20 vehicles from dealers, new and used, and this experience ranks at the top for how they treat their customers, and make delivery of the vehicle. They would be high on my list for future purchases, and referring friends and family.
