Third time I’ve been in for recalls on my truck and one 10k mile tire rotation. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Shuttle service is great too. I recommend the service department, but I’ll never recommend buying a vehicle there. I’ll take responsibility for being gullible enough to believe them when I should have ran! I guess this is the way ford sells cars nowadays. Just ask for the out the door price in writing so you can comparison shop. You’ll be out of there in no time!

We drove 1 ½ hours to look at a Dodge Journey that had been posted to the Morton dealership’s website. We were interested in the features of the Journey including the advertised website price. We sent an inquiry to the dealership prior to driving up there to which Jim promptly responded, introduced himself in the response and welcomed us to visit him at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate of Jim’s who immediately let Jim know we were there. Jim promptly greeted us and immediately provided one of the advertised Journeys for our test drive. After driving the Journey, we were delighted with its performance. We then talked with Jim about the price. The Internet price was honored and we accepted. Jim took time to set up our telephones and describe every other feature of the Journey. He was very knowledgeable about the Journey. We highly appreciated the personal customer service that Jim gave us. We were very impressed. We would recommend Jim Costello to anyone as he excels at being a professional in every way.

JAY, TRAVIS and the rest of the service department are top notch. whenever we had a problem they took care of what ever it might be. Recently, our battery died on our new car. With a phone call, they came and picked up the vehicle and fixed the problem, then delivered the car back to our home while we were at work! So the car was ready when we came home. There are more examples, but I'll keep this short. The bottom line is, this service department is why we continually purchase, happily, from bob ridings.

First, I'm an internet car shopper. I research the dealer sites for the auto I'm looking for, comparing & pricing compilable vehicles. I recently found & purchased a locally owned 2012 Chevrolet Equinox trade-in from Nikles of Petersburg. I drove 103 miles to Nikles on a car searching loop w/ 3 Chevy Equinoxes @ 3 different dealers to assess. Nikles was the second dealer on the loop. I contacted Doug Stark who helped me w/ all my questions, concerns, & test drive of the Equinox. Doug was very straight forward, genuine, no frills or tap dancing, & quickly came back w/ my "out the door" price that was reasonable & fit nicely into our budget. The car was detailed for a later pick up, filled w/ gas, & the paper work went quickly upon our arrival. As my wife was viewing the car for the first time, she noticed a small water stain under the hood on a piece of chrome when pointed out to a shop employee, he quickly grabbed some wax & a towel & checked several areas on the Equinox. 2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.
