Morrie's Inver Grove MazdaReviews
Morrie's Inver Grove Mazda review
I bought a used vehicle from Morrie's Mazda. It was Toyota, mind you, not a Mazda, and this adds to the quality of service I will share with you. I bought the vehicle 'as is' on a Saturday. On Sunday, the vehicle was behaving odd. I called the salesman who sent a tow truck to me at now charge! He was a salesman and this wasn't even his job! That's going above and beyond his duties! The next day, the service department found the issue, fixed it and told me that was also done at no charge to me!! They did all this for free on a vehicle that wasn't even their brand despite the fact that I declined extra maintenance coverage from them when I made the purchase just in case something did go wrong. With some bad luck, something DID go wrong but they took care of the entire situation on their own time and money. That's amazing service and that is very very rare these days in ANY industry. I would (and will) recommend Morrie's Mazda to everyone!

Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of ShakopeeReviews
Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Shakopee review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge! I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Paul Talbot at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! From the very beginning, Paul was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had ordered a new truck and was eagerly waiting for it to be built, and throughout the entire process, Paul went above and beyond to keep me informed and updated on its progress. What I appreciated most was his incredible patience with me! I was constantly reaching out, asking questions, and checking on the status of my build. Not once did Paul make me feel like I was bothering him. He was always friendly, professional, responsive, and willing to take the time to answer my questions. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and understands how exciting and important a vehicle purchase can be. Paul made the entire experience that much better, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention he gave me. A huge thank-you to Paul and the team at Apple Dodge in Shakopee! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend reaching out to Paul. He has absolutely earned my trust, my appreciation, and my recommendation! Thanks again, Paul, for helping make the experience of getting my new truck such a positive and memorable one!

2022 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buffalo review
Shane & his fellow workers have the best customer skills around, especially during a time customer service is almost non-existent. Their body shop, mechanic's and sales persons are top notch. Not pushy, but very informative. I've had 20 years experience with them.

Was very happy with the repairs on my jeep.I just wish the warranty would have covered more. It is also nice to know that all the work done is under warranty for two years.

Ryan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Buffalo review
Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Thanks

BERNARD'S Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Mind blowing! Fabulous. They take care of you better than family! Warranty was a great perk because we have had to use it and trust me. It covered more than we paid for it. Sales people like Chase add personal touches for their customers. I have never met a person there I haven’t liked. They truly want to help you out any way possible. Third care for our family and it’s the same service everytime! Great job guys.
