2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

My experience working with Jake Olson with the sales team at Luther North Country Ford Lincoln was positive from the beginning. Initially I was just looking to see what the new 2026 Ford Ranger Lariat had to offer over my 2021 model Ranger Lariat and not so much into making a purchase on a new one. After hearing what Jake could do for me with an offer for my 2021 model in trade my interest was piqued and it was a matter of finding one in the right color. They had one that was just ready to be shipped from the factory in the Carbonized Gray Metallic and I was sold. Jake was able to give me a great deal on my trade-in 2021 model and for the additional tonneau cover and spray-on bed liner accessories. The shipping time dragged on a bit longer than anticipated, but it arrived in time for closing on the deal with Jake and getting a basic introduction to all of the bells and whistles. Then finally finishing the paper work with David Latta just before a planned vacation. Needless to say, but I highly recommend Jake and the rest of the sales team at Luther North Country Ford. Getting used to all of the electronics is the most time consuming particularly when it comes to the navigation system, but once you get it all figured out it is a big plus. The system saved time when I was traveling recently and encountered a potential 20 minute trave delay because of construction work. It sent me to a short alternate route to bypass the delay and as a result I arrived at basically the original planned arrival while saving myself from that delay time.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. If you're in the market for a new/used vehicle, I'd recommend you come here and talk to Thomas Lee. Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. Day and night difference in the vehicle buying experience. They need to be shut down and sure wouldn't be missed when you can go to John Hirsch in Cambridge, MN and work with Thomas Lee!)
