To Wickstrom of Barrington. I’m amazed at the the way the car salesman Eric Jensen handled everything from the first phone call to the Finalization of purchasing our vehicle. I have never experienced such a wonderful way of purchasing a car during my busy work schedule and difficulty getting to a car dealership. Thank you, Eric Jensen for making my life so much easier. I am definitely looking forward to buying my next vehicle through Eric Jensen. Sincerely Jimmy Cammarata.

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

City Chevrolet of GrayslakeReviews
City Chevrolet of Grayslake review
Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case I needed a new transmission, a costly and lengthy process, and was allowed to have a loaner car free of charge for 7-8 days in December 2025. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. Despite the cost of almost $7K after allowable deductions, I was very satisfied with the outcome. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. What is consistent is great customer service. In addition, Roger Aguilera and Chris Capperelli are also great with customer service. Thank you. Lowell B. Raven, CPA

My car service appointment was excellent. My service advisor was outstanding. My technician had good communication in letting me know the condition of my car during the service. When I paid for my car service, I used my discount coupon that they gave me in the mail for the price and it was affordable. Well done.
