I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. 2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.
