TLDR: Great price on used F150. Price on cars.com was the honored sales price. No crazy dealer add-ons. Even with financing, I was in and out in about an hour. Great experience. Worked with Chelsea. Texted and e-mailed ahead to inquire about online price and any silly add-ons. She confirmed. I was still half suspect until I saw the contract and it was all in order. Nothing like the hundreds or $1000+ some dealers add for "refurbish fees" or "protective coating" and such. Got a little pressure from financing for the warranty and had to say no several times, but I expected as much. In all, it was a very straightforward, stress-free, quick buying experience and I'd definitely consider buying there again.
2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

As a returning customer from all the way back in 2018, I came prepared, hoping to purchase a new 2026 Jeep Wrangler. We went to the specific vehicle I had scouted out on the website, and Reagan took me out on a test drive minutes later. She was so sweet and helpful with the entire car buying/trade in process. Reagan and Nate appraised my old 2019 Jeep Cherokee and offered what I believed to be a fair amount of trade in value. They were even able to get me a better deal as a returning customer. We can’t forget about Ramon in the financing department, as he was very thorough explaining the additional options for warranties and what not. I felt educated and confident about my new purchase! Before I left the lot in my new Jeep, we noticed a small scratch on the hardtop, and Reagan immediately took action to come up with a solution to have that fixed. Years later, I still can’t recommend Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge enough! 2023 RAM 1500 review
Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

2023 RAM 1500 review
Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall
