Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We had the easiest purchase with Jacob Plont. This isn't the first or last time we will use Jacob to purchase a vehicle. He always listens, makes suggestions and makes sure we are 100% satisfied. He knew from listening to my husband talk what he could WOW him with and he certainly did just that with this truck. He also listened to my 12 year old because he knew that in 3 years this truck is getting passed down to him. He took a true interest in a future buyer. And explained and answered all of his questions. THANK YOU JACOB!! I don't want to take anything away from Jacob and the outstanding job he did on this sale but I wanted to give a shout out to Colby Moore in the Service Department. Because of Colby and the great service he provided way back in 2004 we have remained customers of Bluebonnet Dodge Jeep Ram.

The staff from my salesman Ahmed to the sales manager to the finance manager, all of them made this experience so effortless and fast. Even the collision center helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend coming to Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy for your needs

Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

First experience working with Big Star Chrysler we’ve always gone through Big Star Honda. From the moment we entered it was like we found our second home dealership wise! Manny was our salesman and went above and beyond to take care of us. Though it was a used car Manny made sure this vehicle was worked on and like brand new before we drove off with our Sequoia. Big thank you to Manny! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Justin Dominguez and the entire team at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, respect, patience, and genuine care. This wasn’t just buying a vehicle — it was an experience that I will truly remember. Justin went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the vehicle that was the perfect fit for me, my lifestyle, and my needs. He didn’t just try to put me in a vehicle — he took the time to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for ME. That kind of service is hard to find! What impressed me most was the teamwork. Everyone I encountered worked together, communicated, and did everything they could to make things happen. You can tell when a dealership has a great team behind it, and Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep absolutely does! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Justin Dominguez and this team the opportunity to earn your business. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your spouse, your kids, or another family member, these are people who genuinely care about helping you find the right vehicle. I walked in looking for a vehicle and walked out feeling like I had been taken care of by people who truly cared about my experience. That says EVERYTHING. Thank you, Justin, and the entire Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep team, for your incredible help, support, kindness, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I am beyond grateful! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see this team — you won’t regret giving them a chance to earn your business!

Excellent experience overall. The facility was nice and the people treated us with respect. It made the process smooth and never felt pressured into a decision!
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland HillsReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Richland Hills review
After a car wreck on Monday; Car hunting starting Thursday, AutoNation was the perfect place to buy a car. Britney was kind, patient and encouraging and when I drove away in my 2025 Honda CR-V, I felt confident I'd found the right car, and bought from an honest dealership. When my car did not have a front license plate bracket, they arranged for me to have one put on at an Autonation closer to my home. Britney called to check on me a few days later to make sure everything was good and I didn't have questions. I appreciate this dealership and would recommend them easily.
