Quality Buick GMC Cadillac review
I spoke with Tra Farrow recently at the Alton IL. Location. I was completely honest with him. He ask where I was thinking I wanted my payment to be monthly. I give him my response. I was buying a pre owned vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram regular cab. He also was completely honest, respectful, of my request. He said he would see what he could do. After talking it was clear that we could complete the sale. I have always purchased my vehicles from private owners. This is the first time I used a dealership. I have this dealership and Tray a five star rating. While I realize it is difficult to get it give a business a five star rating. It was easy to give them the best possible rating. Everyone whom I came into contact with during my visit was outstanding. I was overwhelmed at how easy it was. This business could not have done anymore to change my opinion of dealerships. 2026 RAM 1500 review
This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.

I just purchased my 2nd Jeep in 4 years from Steve Lane at Cassens and both experiences were straightforward, simple, and honestly... fun! Steve is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous and worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted both times. Steve was never pushy and truly listened to what I wanted and needed and the finance manager was very straightforward and easy to work with. Both car buying experiences were not the least bit stressful and I left feeling very pleased with the deal I got. I've also always had a great experience with the service department for my routine maintenance - everyone is so friendly and kind and gets my work completed in a timely manner. I've especially been impressed with the service I've received from Mike Keller - he really goes above and beyond to keep me in the loop when my car is being serviced. I cannot recommend Cassens enough!

Cassens Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I had been procrastinating going to a car dealership for a while now because the process always takes SO long. I knew I would have to block out a whole day and I just kept putting it off over and over. Finally, I stopped in on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon to look at a used Jeep Renegade and, unfortunately it was already sold. However, I ended up looking at some new Jeep Renegades, fell in love, and the rest is history! First off, from the moment I started looking around, Jerry was awesome! He promptly came out and greeted me and we discussed my needs. After showing me some cars and discussing some options with me, I finally took the Renegade for a test drive. We were chatting so much I almost forgot we were on a test drive! Jerry is great people! Once I decided I was interested, we went over some numbers and Jerry and the whole team kept me exactly in line with what I asked for from monthly payment to interest rate. I could not have been more impressed. Did I mention this entire process only took 3 hours!? 3 hours and I drove away with my beautiful new Jeep. This truly was the perfect car buying experience and I can't say thanks enough y'all!

Our experience (my wife and mine) could not have been better. We came out to your location with the idea of ordering a 2018 Limited Pacifica; we knew the color; and equipment desired; and to our surprise, one was sitting on the show room floor. It was exactly what we wanted except it was a 2017. It truly was a beautiful vehicle and we just couldn't resist, so Anne and I purchased the 2017. Our sales person, Steve Lane, couldn't have been nicer. His description and explanation of the vehicle's features were clear and expertly done. It's the best car that I have ever driven. CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.
