Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. I have been in the market to replace my ML400 and was looking to upgrade to a GLE AMG53. I have done my homework and know what I want and quickly learned that I would have to order. I dealt with a number of dealers and sales people (including someone else at this dealership) in my attempts to buy a car, but they either: were non-responsive, wanted to sell me something I don't want, evaded my questions, ghosted me, etc. I love my MB and was hoping to get another one, but it got to the point that I was contemplating switching makes. We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

2026 RAM 1500 review
This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

I told my sales rep, Gerard "Cowboy" King I was going to send an email to his manager saying what a good job he did and how professional and friendly he was. But I think it would be better to post a review so everyone could see. My wife and I bought a Chrysler Pacifica PHEV this week. During the sale, we had a bit of a wait because another customer was in the finance office. Cowboy just talked to us like we were old friends. It was nice to meet someone in sales that actually likes their job and seems to enjoy working with the public. Overall I would say this was a positive experience, even after we got a flat tire on our brand new never driven van and had to take a loaner home for a day! After the purchase, we were unsure about how to claim the federal tax credit. Cowboy was instantly messaging us back, connecting us to the right people, emailing us forms, it was great to get such outstanding customer service. He sure knows a lot about these hybrid vans! I am very happy with the van and with the tax credit I think I got a great deal.

On Friday 8 December 2023 I took my car to Oursman Jeep in Bowie , Maryland. For whatever reason the computer would not recognize the key when trying to initiate ignition. At Ourisman Jeep the service advisor , Mr. David Valenzuela, listened to my concerns and, at no point, did he interrupt allowing me to to clearly present the problem. He asked me a handful of questions to narrow down the possible cause of the problem . A short time later he decided it was not the car itself but the fob battery. He replaced the battery in both of my fobs : problem solved! I certainly was impressed with how he deduced what the cause of the was. As impressive as the problem solving was , what was equally impressive was his command of "Customer Service 101". Eye contact, respect for me as a customer/ human being and not as "the guy with the malfunctioning Jeep". He was patient to a fault. Great example of "just getting the job done the right way". 5 stars, at least.

CarMax West Broad review
First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.
