From Shanna in sales to Gretchen in finance, the whole experience was fast, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, sincere, and easy to work with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Shanna was great to work with, and Gretchen made the finance side simple and stress-free. On top of that, they were funny and personable, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this dealership if you want great service and great people!

Prompt helpful service advisors. Clean service department and nice waiting area. John Moore and others very professional and helpful.
2020 RAM 1500 review
I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
Totally pleased with this vehicle purchase. Flo was great and came in on his day off to complete our deal. Would recommend to anyone.
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Troy review
Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. The manager of this dealer always greats me when I walk in and takes care of me in a friendly professional and consistent manner. I would recommend this dealership for service without question. 2021 RAM 1500 review
One of the best trucks I’ve ever owned. I wanted the 5.7 hemi, but wasn’t sold on the e torque. After driving it for awhile, I’m totally in love with it! 395 hp and 410 ft lbs of torque. This thing is great!!

Jim Schmidt Chevrolet of Delphos review
Zach was very helpful and answered every question I had and I had many. I purchased the Toyota Tundra in Ohio and I live in South Carolina. With that said the sale was seamless and the dealer offered to bring the vehicle to an airport closer to me. This saved me at least 2 1/2 hours in travel time to get back home. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with this purchase. Highly appreciated and recommend but Zach and the dealership. Thanks again
