Arlington Heights Buick GMC review
From the moment my husband and I pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a true desire to help us find what we were looking for. Within minutes, Cesar greeted us, took us to one of the cars we were interested in, and had us test driving. Needless to say, we were happy to make our purchase there. Cesar was fabulous with communication and showed us every feature before we drove off the lot. I felt well taken care of and ready to use my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service!

Everyone was very professional nice and friendly and helpful and you don’t have to wait a long time at Volkswagen
2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I bought this truck new and it's been great. I have 70,000 trouble free miles on it. My first and only real expense so far was the emergency brake. You have to take the rear axle out to fix it, the line sags eventually on all of them. It was almost a grand but included changing the rear differential which needed to be done anyway. other than that this truck is the best I've owned. I get great gas mileage (25 on the highway) it looks great, minimal rust in 7 years, no complaints.

Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

2020 RAM 1500 Classic review
Let me start by saying, I have only put on 6,000 miles on the truck, but I have had enough time to form an opinion on it. I currently have the 2020 Warlock quad cab with the 3.6 engine. Very comfortable seats, v6 is more than powerful enough for my needs, great storage room, and overall functionality from the infotainment system. The only issues I have come across have been a few interior fit and finish problems. There was a rattle coming from the driver side door that I eventually fixed by replacing the whole panel. Another rattle arose from the passenger side upper glove box that required some foam tape along the lip where the latch and box contact. Seems to me these do not go together that well or was a fitment issue from the factory. Overall, I would buy this truck again. I plan on pulling a boat this spring and have used it to haul anything and everything in the bed. It works great. Basic truck compared to the competition, but enough features where for the price, you just can't beat it. FCA has been a little iffy to work with though when it comes to warranty, but that could just be my experience.

2020 RAM 1500 Classic review
Bought to pull my 30 ft 6700 lb travel trailer. Pulls like a dream. The only thing I found wrong with this vehicle is the cheap tires Chrysler installed. They are Nexus and will not balance. The tire company will not respond to my inquiry s.

2019 RAM 1500 Classic review
I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they were very upfront about every detail. James even went above-and-beyond by helping us return the rental car we were in.
