Took my Ram 1500 in for its 7500 mile maintenance service. James was efficient and friendly. When I made the appointment they told me it would be about 1.5 hours and I had been planning on waiting at the dealership. However, after I got there, there were a few more RRTs/software updates that they had to deal with & the estimated wait time was 4 hours. They made arrangements to take me back to my house by a shuttle. I was contacted when my vehicle was ready for pick up and everything went smoothly. Based on this experience, I will continue to use Rairdon’s Bellingham to take care of my Ram.

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

What a wonderful experience. The transaction itself was completely flawless. STAN handled it perfectly in every way. The most impressive thing about STAN was the way handled uncontrollable things that would pop-up. Another key was how he insisted that I do a pre-purchase inspection with any mechanic to insure I was comfortable with my purchase. I did and was very satisfied with that whole process as well. When I went back to talk to Stan about some general maintenance advice, he was really helpful, and friendly, even though the dealership was really busy at the time. He didn't just overlook me, because our deal was closed. We are looking to purchase two more vehicles within the next few months, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Honest, great pricing, and extremely helpful. What else can you ask for?
