Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .
2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
