Jeff Belzer's LakevilleReviews
Jeff Belzer's Lakeville review
Best sales experience ever! The entire staff at Jeff Belzer’s in Lakeville, MN were phenomenal. Our salesman, Austin Grobe, knocked it out of the park. Thoroughly walking us through the selection process, explaining features and model options, ensuring we found the vehicle fit our needs. Our experience continued as we met with Donny in accessories who is also a gem to work with. As well as Anthony in Finance. All professionals who ensured our questions were answered and purchasing needs were met. Fantastic Experience all around!

Park Chrysler JeepReviews
Park Chrysler Jeep review
We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Haiying Yu as our Business Manager. She helped us finance both a 2015 Honda CRV and a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. From start to finish, Haiying was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing us, and made what can normally be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We had some unique financial considerations, and she worked hard behind the scenes to find solutions that made sense for our family. What stood out most was her transparency and calm confidence. We never felt pressured. We felt supported. She genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision and securing financing that fit our budget. If you’re buying a vehicle, ask for Haiying. She is sharp, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. We’re incredibly grateful for her help and would absolutely work with her again. Thank you, Haiying! – Justin Fuller

Owatonna Motor Company review
Traveling to AZ from northern MN, had a DEF service notice show on the dash while going thru St. Paul. Called OMC and the service rep said bring it in. They checked our Ram 3500 for codes, consulted the diesel tech, and gave reconditions to proceed. No work was done, no charge for time taken and electronics used for diagnosis. We continued on feeling well treated and soundly advised. They are good people.

Dodge RAM of Burnsville review
Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Service completed in timely manner.
2024 RAM 3500 review
I needed a 1 ton dually truck as I have a 34 foot Eliminator SS Continental and a 28 foot Eliminator SS race trailer, both are heavy as they are outfitted as mobile shops. We maxed the 28 out moving the shop and the truck pulled like a freight train. I have 17,000 miles on the odometer zero issues and a respectable return in fuel economy 13-14.5 considering how much in town driving we end up doing and how heavy the truck is so roughly what a 1/2 ton V8 gas truck gets. I bought the Big Horn CC 4X4 Dually with the Blackout Package body in white. The paint is good holds wax and shines nicely when clean. I got the 12" touchscreen and the Alpine 9 speaker system with the subwoofer and it is a worthy expense as it actually sounds better than the Harmon Kardon system in the wife's Durango RT Premium, she's jealous. I got 4:10:1 rear with the AISIN Transmission, I could have waited for the TorqueFlight and the additional 75 ft. Lbs of Torque with the 2025 model but I don't like experimenting with 1st year engines and Transmissions, I've had the experience. Plus we got a really great deal that with comparable options 2024 GM and Fords were more money. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one but I plan on retiring with this truck, it's a good one! The dealership and factory support are great, I've never had a problem getting anything done within reason and warranty items are no questions asked unless you chipped up your truck. These trucks don't need anymore than what they came with, @1,000 lbs. ft Torque. The post 2019 Cummins 6.7 requires synthetic oil but consider the fact that oil changes can extend two times or more of conventional oil and the benefits pay off. I would not hesitate to recommend this truck.

I have bought 3 vehicles here for my family. They have always treated me fairly and have a good, helpful employees when you walk in. Last time I was there they were patient and answered my questions. Service is great also. I got two free oil changes with my purchase. If you are looking for a vehicle within driving distance of Northfield, I would make the trip.

2021 RAM 3500 review
Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Bought my first truck from this dealership and had a great experience. Antoine was incredibly helpful. Before I even got to the dealership he was helping me with my trade-in and getting all of the info for financing. He was able to show me several trucks before finding the one I ended up purchasing.

2024 RAM 3500 review
I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

2019 RAM 3500 review
Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

White Bear LincolnReviews
White Bear Lincoln review
I’m beyond grateful for our experience with White Bear Lake Lincoln. On a busy Monday, Kassius, Sam, and the entire team were phenomenal and so accommodating. Not once did we feel rushed or overlooked — just genuinely cared for. This wasn’t just a car purchase for me. After a long road of health struggles and rebuilding my independence, this moment felt like a quiet blessing from God. ✨ Kassius especially was a reminder that there are still good people out there — patient, kind, and truly invested in his clients as human beings, not just a sale. So grateful. Highly recommend this team if you want honesty, heart, and people who actually show up for you.

Import Auto SalesReviews
Import Auto Sales review
This is a company that takes salvage vehicles and gives them new life. I felt my car was reasonably priced and they did a great job of putting everything out in the open. Showed me the damage photos and the work they did to repair it. Ty did a great job of explaining this. I ended up buying the vehicle, trading in my other one and they were more than understanding in giving me time to get the title from my other vehicle. Buy the extended warrantee they offer. It's worth it.
2015 RAM 3500 review
Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

2017 RAM 3500 review
I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

Chris Knight did it again! I got a new 2023 Grand Cherokee Limited with all the bells and whistles and at a reasonable lease rate! Thanks Chris!
2019 RAM 3500 review
Has not left us on the side of the road, but electronics are unstable, including trailer brakes and engine management software. Have had several re-flashes to correct issues that happened or caused by recall re-flash. Examples: low power, excessive DEF usage and bad exhaust smell, Extremely high idle and cold engine Regen, repeated trailer brake controller failures when towing. Dealer has been excellent in repairing issues.
