Brought vehicle in for simple oil change and tire rotation, Lara was my service advisor, friendly, engaging, professional. She went over vehicle's service record with me and listened to any concerns. The service technician submitted a very comprehensive video when service was complete indicating overall check of vehicle. Service completed in a timely manner, under two hours. Service was exceptional. Cerritos is not the nearest Lexus dealer for me but having Lara as my service person is worth the drive.
2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2021 RAM 1500 Classic review

And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
2019 RAM 1500 review
Bought my 19 Rebel new. Been thinking of getting a new one. I can't trade it in. Still love it. Plus I love the 5.7. My wife says it's paid for keep it. She may be right for once. :)
