I found my car on the internet and scheduled a test drive with Kiara. I was her first potential customer. She did a great job even though I might have scared her on the test drive. I ended up coming back after I sold my truck and was able to work a fair deal after some good negotiations. Part of my negotiation was to bring my car back and have a few things fixed on the car that I wasn’t happy about. After about a week, I was able to bring my car back down to drop off for a few days while the work was being done. I worked with their finance guy Keon. He lined me up a loaner to drive while they had my car. After about three days, the work was done and I went to pick my car up. I was very pleased with the outcome and they even fixed a few other things that we didn’t agree on but new I had questions about. They listened to me as a buyer and were willing to work with me. If you want to avoid big dealerships, they have a great inventory up nicer cars and are great to work with. I will shop with them again!

Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.
