I made an appointment on line. When I arrived they had a loaner full of gas waiting for me. Then when I picked up my Bentley it looked brand new again. That is what I call "THE LUXURY EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!"

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Of the 15 cars I’ve purchased this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend.

The first night I couldn't sleep cause I thought I would be judged, I thought I would be robbed, and I thought i over paid for a car. By night two, after driving it around for about an hour, I felt like the luckiest man cause I get to drive this car (and be married to the most wonderful woman in the world), which makes a Lexus 570 feel like a rough drive, and Bentley feel cheap. If you can afford it, you wont regret it. And its little eaiser to drive than the Phantom.

He was very professional and helped out a lot in getting numbers to me in minutes. I purchased a car though Guarenteed motor cars this year in March, in which I was looking for my first car. Up until the purchase, I was kindly greeted by Omar, which was my salesman, and he helped me along with buying my car with the interests I had in what I was looking for. After the fact, he offered me refreshments while I was waiting which was very nice of him to do. Because the dealership sells used cars, it’s not perfect condition which I was aware of, but they made sure my car was good with the engine, transmission, etc…, and that the car was clean and ready for me once the deal was done. Any concerns or questions I had, Omar and all of the other salespeople helped me out and made sure that what I was getting into was the best decision. And if I needed any kind of service done, they were going to take care of me, many other dealerships don’t do. Great prices, great cars, great people. Definitely recommend for anybody looking to buy their first car or even trade in their car for an upgrade
