2022 Chevrolet Corvette review
Never owned a Corvette before my 2020 C8 2LT. This American sports car is a super car costing 3 & 4 times less than others. My only disappointment is the camera in the interior rear view mirror. Head lights and driving lights flutter in the camera and at night following vehicles appear to be in a fog. It's a smart man's super car.

1988 Porsche 911 review
I have owned Porsches continually over a 30 year period - 2 of them 930's. The early 80's Euro spec Turbos (I owned a 1981) were VERY tricky to drive, and the turbo came on with brutal suddeness. The later 87 - 89 Turbos are much more refined in terms of turbo boost, and engine management, yet JUST as much fun to drive. People suggest that the 89 is the best year because it had the G50 (5 speed ) transmission. I wholeheartedly disagree with this, the 1988 with Porsches' square cut geared, 4 speed, is the pure RACING transmission designed by Porsche to handle 550 HP. It is extremely robust, and basically bullet-proof unless they are abused... The 3.3 litre Turbo has TREMENDOUS torque especially for such a light car, so the extra gearing of the G50 is not necessary. As for the G50: its' only benefit was the first gear syncro whose ratio is way too low - making it almost silly to use. It is not nearly as strong as the 4 speed, which by the way, Porsche continued to use in their racing EVEN after the introduction of the G50 - that tells the whole story I think. The turbos - if you get one that has been taken care of, will provide you with years of reliable driving. All 3 of my former Porsche 911/930's I sold for more than I purchased them for. There are VERY few cars that, like a good 911/930 do more than just hold their value - especially if you can acquire a well taken care of rare model.

2014 Porsche 911 review
This car is a rocket on 4 wheels. The PDK transmission shifts very quickly with no lag or delay in torque. In fact the torque seems to increase in addition to achieving great gas mileage. That's a formidable task compared to other performance cars. The car does sit low to the ground so if you have bad knees or hips then it might not be a good fit for you.

I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! 2023 Subaru Solterra review
I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

2018 Ford Transit-150 review
terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

2014 Toyota Tundra review
I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

2022 Chevrolet Colorado review
I have a gas ZR2 in blue, and it is my dream truck. The build quality is so good on these! The doors shut with a solid thud, the intuitiveness of the interior...it was the best truck available in 2022. I got mine before the '23 models and I am so very glad I did. I looked at all available mid-sized trucks, Jeeps, Tacos, Nissan, etc...none felt as solid as the ZR2. Almost two years now, and coming up on 25k. Oil changes and had the tires balanced, did all of the fluids at 5k. You have to allow for Chevy Quirkiness, and you'll love it. The A/C can be weird.

2003 Porsche 911 review
When you buy a Porsche 911 you buy it because of its performance. My car now has 96,000 mile are runs and drives as it should. I do several DE track days every year. It has never let me down. It is amazing to drive, steers like it is on rails, stops on a dime, and goes as fast as I need it to go. What a great car!!

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV review
Bought the CX-90 in early Feb. 2024 and immediately drove across the country and back. No issues at all. After 4,000 miles, the actual performance was consistent with all of the video reviews. Very comfortable interior with high end feel.Apple Car Play worked seamlessly with GPS system Waze. Hands free controls was smooth and prompt. PHEV experience was solid. Love the charging prioritization feature while driving. Takes about 2 hours on the highway to reach a full charge so that at destination you can operate on EV mode. At home, Level 1 charge takes about 10 hours (overnight) Wish the 26 mile EV range was more like 50 but maybe in future models. Combined MPG with 98% highway driving on the road trip was 25.5 mpg. Overall, so far so good. Vey happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a used wagon and found a Volvo V70 from 2004 at DLR Nordic. I initially thought the price was a bit too high because it was a noticeably higher than the KBB value, although still very reasonable compared to other cars on the market. But that is not a fair comparison at all. DLR Nordic specializes in Volvos and really takes care of the vehicles. Many other used car dealers just wash the car and go through a basic safety inspection. DLR Nordic put the car through a thorough 3rd party inspection and made sure the car was in excellent condition (replaced timing belt, spark plugs, put in new break pads although the old ones still met the minimum spec etc). I also found the dealership manager Ole easy to work with and really knowledgeable about the car he's selling (again in contrast with many other used car dealers). He stayed late one day to let me test drive the car and was not pushy at all. In the end I bought the car after a small price adjustment. If you are looking for a used Volvo I really recommend this place, especially if you want to have peace of mind that the car is well taken serviced and taken care of.
2016 Volvo XC90 review
Great awesome cars in every aspect, comfort, performance, handling, smoothness, features, reliability (not in some models though) and especially safety. You get the best bang for your buck in Volvos. Only thing I would say is to stay away from the XC90 T6 (petrol engines) from 2015 - 2016. (Not sure if 2017 has these problems, as I havnt experienced anything from the 2017 models) I sell many of these Volvos But the petrol XC90s T6 from 2015 - 2016 are very unreliable because of being the first year of these models when they first came out. Had many experiences with failing superchargers ($4k to fix ) evaporator failing ($5k to fix) and also these engines have a known fault that the pistons don’t inbed in properly in some of the engines and it burns massive amount of oil. (Did a test in a customers car, was burning about 2L of oil every 1000km) Also comes with a few hiccups here and there with coolant leaks, and oil leaks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the XC90 D5 (diesel engines) as they seems much better because they don’t have the engines failing or a supercharger in these models. This have the failing evaporator but this item was the least part failing out of everything I mentioned. I hope this information has helped out some people who are deciding to purchase a Volvo 😊

2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. 2018 Honda HR-V review

2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

2014 Audi A5 review
I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.
