2013 Scion FR-S review
Fantastic sports coupe, especially for the money. Very reliable and good on gas, and fun to drive at speeds under the speed limit. One of the best handling cars I've ever driven, on par with cars that cost twice as much. Definitely would recommend to someone wanting a sporty daily or a fun handling car. Also a great platform for modifications and originality.

2013 Scion FR-S review
Tengo el FR-S desde el año 2013, hace 10 años. El carro me ha salido super bueno. Es un carro pequeño pero muy diferente a los otros deportivos de 2 puertas. Me gusta por que puedo ajustar mi asiento sin preocuparme de que tiene un panel en la parte trasera. Mi hijo tiene 5 años y lo llevo en la parte trasera en su asiento protector y a el le encanta. Soy de los que a tenido mas de 15 autos durante mis años de chofer. Este auto no me a pedido nada de arreglos. El secreto, se los dire. A todos mis autos le cambio el aceite a las 3,500 millas. Muchos me dicen que es muy temprano, que el manufacturero dice que más. Solo le diré que si tienen su vehiculo y lo utilizan de diario, arranca y para, arranca y para, ect. Estos carros modernos utilizan un aceite 0-20 no es como en otros tiempos. Si utilizan buen aceite, y lo cambian a las 3,500 millas se acordarán de mi. Ese motor siempre estará como nuevo! y su auto se lo agradecerá. Amo a mi Subaru, por que aunque tiene todo los simbolos scion, no tiene nada de scion. Todos sus labels, todos sus componentes dicen subaru, hasta las chapas de los aros por la parte de atras dice "subaru". Así que les recomiendo el TOYO-BARU FR-S.

2014 Scion FR-S review
First, expect to be on display. Everyone checks out this car going down the road. Only 2000 made by Subaru and Toyota. Best Sports Car with a low price. Positive steering, paddle shifting and automatic. Only problem is there aren’t many places to really see the performance without a ticket! Hate to sell it but I want a camperized van to move to N. Carolina in.

2015 Scion FR-S review
This car does not need more power. It just needs passionate drivers who know how to drive at a higher level of expertise. It's also a good bet for a less experienced river as well. Most road speeds are hideously at 30 MPH or less. This care excels on a freeway but especially on windy and twisty roads. This is a sports car by its looks and handling.

2015 Scion FR-S review
Ever since day one, this car has amazed me. It is not a muscle car. It is more. It is a performance car that builds driver confidence. I could be foolish and say it could use more power but that would be illogical considering the average road conditions where 0-60 in 3 seconds is meaningless from both a safety and fuel consumption perspective. It's fine the way it is 0-60 in about 6 seconds. It is relentless through back road curves and turns not to mention its svelte design that women just love, if that is even important. Buy this car. It will not disappoint.

2013 Scion FR-S review
This car is exactly what I am looking for a long time. So many upgraded accessories for these cars. Wow!! I, really appreciate having this car. It's very dependable and reliable transportation for me. My first mod was a turbo on a stock motor with a tune. Also k/N air filter. (Made a world of difference) Trd lowering springs and wheels and tires. I, also had the windows tinted. Other than that, everything is going good with this car. Yes, I do recommend these cars to others. Hope you all are having a good with your FRS Scion as well.

This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.
2016 Scion FR-S review
This car attracts attention in a good way. Some compare it to a Porsche but then it is not. It looks like the 2012 GR Supra but 1/3 the price.

Handles better than any compact car I've driven excluding Porsche 718 Cayman. Handles well at low and high speeds. Corners great. Good acceleration and passing speed. Awesome sports car for under 25k!

This is the most fun I have driven and owned. I'm good at getting practical cars and this car is kind of sneaky. It masquerades as completely impractical but actually gets pretty good gas mileage and is fun to drive the kids around in though getting car seats in and out is a definite downer. A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!
