Passport Toyota review
My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . Thanks so much Mike I love my 2020 Toyota Camry
2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

The best experience I've had from a dealership ever - I put my car up for sale and got a text from Danie asking me about the Vin for the car and when can I bring it in, at first I was skeptical but immediately I took the car in and met Danie in person - the rest is history. Thanks again Danie for being honest and straightforward. I will definitely recommend this dealership
2016 Honda Accord review
I did some serious research and decided a Honda Accord Coupe built from 2015 to 2020 with the big V6 was a great car to buy used if I could find one with low enough mileage. I found one in Florida using Carvana that only had 29,600 miles on it. It helped that the car also has about all the neat accessories Honda put on 2016 high end Accords. The car is pretty and quick and comfortable. Three important boxes get checked out front. I love the car.

Another car from Branford and a great experience again. This will be five cars from him and will buy another for family members in the future Thank you again Branford!!
2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!

Overall, I had a good experience however, my first impression was not a good one because I roamed around in the lot for more than 20 minutes and no one ever came out and greeted me. once I enter the showroom, I was greeted by a very nice young man which took my information. I was then greeted by another sales person who I’m currently working with and so far my experience has been good

Group 1 Honda Owings MillsReviews
Group 1 Honda Owings Mills review
While taking my car to the Honda of Owings Mills may not have been as fast as taking it to Jiffylube or Firestone, my experience was leagues above. I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment time and they took my car right away. They were on top of communicating with me as I sat in their waiting area, didn't try to pressure me on some of the extras they found while doing my oil, transmission, and tire rotation - which is much appreciated. I was always told by my parents to never go to the dealer, that they would overcharge, but my experience couldn't have been further from that. Not only did they do it for $100 less than their competitors, they were able to do it with a much nicer tone :) My service advisor, Ellery Queen, might have just been one of the best advisors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He made sure the technicians looked at the things I had asked about, apologized continously (even though he didn't need too!) when it took a little longer than expected, and was extremely kind and professional. He didn't nickel and dime me on the price, and it came out to exactly what I was quoted :) If and when I return to Honda of Owings Mill, I will be requesting Ellery

Koons Annapolis ToyotaReviews
Koons Annapolis Toyota review
All aspects of my experience at Koons Toyota of Annapolis were very good. I have no complaints even after weeks, and the times I've contacted the dealership after our purchase.
2023 Honda Accord review
Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

Ourisman Volkswagen of LaurelReviews
Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel review
I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

Thank you Lonnie for helping me with my car purchase, Helped me with an doubts and questions I had before committing to my purchase !!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

Group 1 Honda Greenbelt review
I always get good service. David Dyson has been my contact for a while now and he is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would refer him to any of my friends if they have Hondas.
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Heritage Toyota Catonsville review
My service advisor, LR, was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. She made the entire repair process smooth and helped get my car serviced quickly. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely continue coming back to her for my future car services!
2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Went to Koons ford in Baltimore to buy a truck, was fortunate enough to meet salesman Robert Young who listened to my needs and had the innate ability to find a solution. Marcus and Sal are two of the best people in the business. Sal will tried to get me into a Nissan Sentra but I was too under water on my Nissan. But I recommend the dealer whole heartedly. All at the dealership are fantastic people.

Monday, I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. I was thoroughly pleased with the ease of operating of this vehicle. After a fair amount of negotiation, we agreed on the sale price. Nana is a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work!
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie review
I reached out to Sheehy Nissan of Glen Burnie and met Ishmael. He carefully listened to my wishes and provided all of the information I needed over the phone. When I went into the dealership, just about everything was set up and ready for me. Ishmael is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The other staff at Sheehy were very helpful. Although buying a car is always a bit stressful, this was a good experience. I am very happy with my NEW 2026 Nissan Rogue!
