Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
As smooth as a Mercedes ride!! I have been a delighted customer of MB Stevens Creek since 2017, but my latest purchase experience, dated Sep 3, 2026 surpassed all expectations. Diana is the perfect companion truly. She helped narrow down my car choice based on budget, and made sure I got more from the bargain than I had originally counted for. I got the dream deal worked out in under 3 hours. Right from looking at the inventory to test driving a car to getting all questions answered to having the comfortable monthly lease worked out to completing the entire paperwork!! Throughout the process, three key players made sure the hand-off and the in-between updates were part of my sipping coffee time at the newly renovated beautiful showroom. I thank them all. Diana - the sales partner, for guiding through and being my champion. Kevin - the manager, for making sure he crunched the numbers to meet my goals, and Jalal - the finance wizard, who made the boring signing process a breeze with his warm stories and a package deal for servicing. I highly recommend MB Stevens Creek as the goto dealership for your perfect Mercedes ride - whether it's sales or services or just a visit.
2017 Volkswagen Passat review
After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

Traded in my 2016 Toyota van for brand new 19 Honda Odyssey EX with sensing. Yay! GM Tony Carranza And his management Team including Martin and Joe, All helpful and involved. Pablo was my sales person, Great guy drove up three different vehicles for me to pick from, answered all my questions. I decided to stay with a minivan instead of a SUV. Personally the sliding doors did it. Finance guy Connor was great, I did decide to buy warranty Why because I can’t fix anything myself. A dealership

Ocean Honda’s GM (Tony) is great to deal with, very helpful and approachable. Luis, my sales advisor, went above and beyond to find me the kind of vehicle I was looking for. 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Review (1,500 miles) After careful research, I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and have now put just over 1,500 miles on it. As a tough critic, I’d give the car an overall 9/10, with many aspects deserving 4.5/5 stars. What I Like: The Accord feels exceptionally well-refined, handsome inside and out, and surprisingly high-quality. The dashboard and infotainment system are straightforward, responsive, and user-friendly. Controls are logically placed, voice commands and hands-free calling work reliably, and call quality is excellent on both ends. I especially love the regenerative braking paddles on the steering wheel. They keep me engaged while driving (especially in the city), help recharge the battery, and reduce wear on the brake pads. The driving experience is a highlight — the car feels agile and nimble in traffic, with competent acceleration, steering, and braking. It simply feels well-engineered and enjoyable to drive. On cold Michigan mornings, the vehicle warms up quickly, the windshield defrosts fast, and the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature within about five minutes of remote start. The three-level seat heaters are effective and useful for maintaining comfort without running the heater constantly. What I Don’t Like: Headlights: While the low and high beams provide good visibility, the automatic high-beam system is finicky. It sometimes stays on too long when oncoming traffic approaches, unlike the flawless system in my previous 2018 F-150. Seat Comfort & Space: For my daily 70-mile commute, the seats are adequate. As a 6’0”, 250 lb driver, I have plenty of headroom and the car comfortably fits five adults. However, I suspect the seats may not be plush enough for longer trips, and I wish there was a bit more legroom. Fuel Economy: This is my biggest disappointment so far. I drive about 85% highway miles. In cold weather (low 40s°F). I’ve been struggling to break 38–39 mpg, with occasional warmer drives reaching 42–43 mpg. I was hoping for closer to the advertised 48 mpg combined, even in winter, and expect improvement as temperatures rise. Data Privacy: I discovered after purchase that Honda and Google are collecting significant driving and vehicle data with limited options to control or limit what is shared with them and third parties. Overall Verdict: The Accord Hybrid EX-L is a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable daily driver with excellent build quality and thoughtful features. Minor frustrations with the auto high-beams, seat comfort for long trips, and lower-than-expected MPG in cold weather keep it from a perfect score. Still, I’d highly recommend it for most buyers, especially once warmer weather returns and fuel economy improves.

2013 Chevrolet Malibu review
I have owned the car for about 15 months. It is a good car. There is an issue with burning a little oil. This is a known issue. I almost traded it in when I realized the oil consumption issue, but I stuck with it. I add almost a quote every two gas fill ups. I purchased it with 62,000 miles. I am a salesman and I put nearly 30,000 miles on it in the past 15 mos. Mostly highway. I had to repack the bearings in the rear wheels. This set me back about $1,200. Not good. Other than that, the car has been fine. I plan on driving it another year.

2010 Lexus ES 350 review
Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

2018 Audi A4 review
This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". After my experience with my sales team Camary and Giselle, as well as the whole dealership I had to come online and share. I’d just like to big the biggest thank and shout out to Camary and Giselle plus the whole Toyota dealership at this location !!! (: From the moment I arrived to the very moment I left I was treated with the most respect, kindness and supportive spirit ever from everyone at the dealership! They were beyond informative about everything I was getting into, they broke everything down from the start to finish. They helped understand things that we didn’t know about as well as get set up with the best perks and benefits ! I would just really like to thank the sales representatives Giselle and Camary again!!! They both went above and beyond to be able to get me an amazing brand new 2025 truck out the lot at such an amazing absolute reasonable price !!!! Everybody was so transparent about the process and the information and what to do moving forward. They even provided Additional important information about the car that I traded in that I did not even know about. This is an amazing team and dealership. I truly thank everybody involved in the process. I definitely will be back for my fiancé in a few months and hopefully as well as my grandma.

What began as a regular day in which you try to find a car that meets expectations of not being expensive, being efficient and looking good, it seemed that it would be just another visit to another dealership, but despite being a little late and being a cold day, we decided to stop to visit the last opportunity of the day. To my surprise, I met a very kind person who not only had the intention of selling, she was interested in listening and show me options without pressing for a sale, within the indecision I had between looking for something cheap and good value she walked with me and showed me different options until I could find the best, really nice attitude and eager to answer my questions, once we walked in the office to look at numbers, her professionalism and respect was very impressive, she make us feel comfortable during negotiation, I honestly hope that if you find yourself in the position were I was, when you know that you need a good car and you find difficult to find a friendly warming person who walks with you on a bad weather evening (super cold) making you feel that you have being listened and advise you on the best way possible to find no just a car on sale, explains you what’s the benefits of your purchase and goes beyond to helps you to find the best payment options… Thank you Eden!! you are a wonderful person, along with your team, you guys deserve an excellent recognizement!

I sincerely appreciate how easy and enjoyable the purchase was. Mike Wynne ⭐ treated me with professionalism and grace, sparing me all the typical stories. The vehicle was very clean on the inside and out. For a first-time car buyer in the US, Mike provided helpful advice quickly. I'll return, naturally on my own, and with references! Cheers.. 👍🏼😊

2021 Toyota Corolla review
Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill review
Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Keep a positive attitude and do the dance, these professionals will make sure you are taken care of. Keep up the great work guys, and THANK YOU DANE!
2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
This is the 4th Accord I've owned...and it is the best yet. I purchased the Touring model, which has all the bells and whistles. I was able to get a great deal on this car and have not regretted my decision. My only detraction was on the Comfort Rating. I have to get use to entering and exiting a sedan, which is lower and not as easy as my Honda CR-V, which was my trade-in.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

Jerome was great! He was really patient with us and even offered to go to another brand's lot and bring one of their used cars over for us to test drive. We had a million questions and he effortlessly and kindly answered every single one. No pressure, no haggling, just helpful! The financing department was very slow and kind of disorganized, which is why I gave four stars instead of five, but I would definitely recommend this place and come back here anytime!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

The staff at Cardinale Volkswagen are many but they seem to share one mission, to provide excellent service. The entire team of sales people and managers were very attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. For me buying a car is usually a long process of shopping around and negotiating, and so I was impressed by their professionalism and recognition of what I wanted, which was VALUE. This is one dealership that delivers value but the people is what makes it priceless.

2026 Mazda Mazda3 review
Bought 26' Mazda 3 hatchback Premium 6spd. While this car occupies a niche segment, a manual transmission car (not a CUV), it is a practical daily commuter car that also brings some driving joy to my enthusiast side. This model has been around since 2019 but still looks like it could have been a new model release. The interior is one of the nicest in the segment. All places touched frequently are covered in soft plastics or leather. The options include a complete host of safety and driver aids, headup display, lane departure, and adaptive cruise are actually helpful and not intrusive. I enjoy the Bose 12spkr system while rowing through the gears. The transmission is smooth and precise. This is not a fast car but it is a joy driving with spirit. The back seats are snug but our young children fit comfortably. The rear hatch is deep and fits enough for getaways or Costco runs. The handling is confidence inspiring that keeps you grinning even well within the car's limits. Having owned other Mazdas including Mazda6 6spd v6, CX 5 twice...the Mazda 3 hasn't disappointed. The Mazda 3 is a fun car that delivers a rewarding experience, decent fuel efficiency, adequate practicality, and an interior that feels premium. The long term reliability is the really what seals the deal. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying ownership.

2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
