I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! Fun, fast and fuel friendly (when not applying the first 2 adjectives :)) I have owned 3 Civic SIs before this WRX. Take the SIs + more power and AWD and you have a WRX for roughly the same price. Reliability> I put it a few ticks below the Honda (I don't see these going 200,000 + problem free miles as my previous Hondas), but I would still consider it reliable. Easy to maintain with the oil filter right on top. Looking forward to owning another Subi down the road.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

Great little car for zipping around town and curvy roads. The performance it delivers is outstanding and handling is like a slot car ...very tight. Shifting is smooth and impressive and love the audible exhaust sound...this car is FUN.

I own a 2013 Altima with technology package sport mode use shifting flippers to shift at red line v6 270hp flat out flies for a Sudan.

Honestly minor repairs. Had the vehicle for 5 years and manage to put 120K miles and no major issues. Reliable compared to other luxury cars.

I have the 2013 model SEL. I really don't care for the front wheel drive but overall this car is a workhorse. I have 250,00 on the 2013 and she will get up and go smoothly. Good on gas as well and dependable. Except for the 2013 waterpump issue. Other than that, its dependable and the interior is nice leather, not cheaply made. Im getting another one for sure.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

I am a long time owner of a Kia Forte 2019 bought it in 2018. I have almost had it for 5 years now. It has around 80,000 miles of trouble-free driving. I do the necessary maintenance that's it. The pros of this car it's easy on the eyes and easy to pay for. It didn't take me long to double my payments and pay this wonderful machine off. I also like the fact I don't have to go to the gas pumps much. I can go 435 miles on a simple tank of gas. I get about 43.5 miles a gallon highway and average around 34.5 City and mix driving. I love all of the safety features I have lane keep assist frontal crash anti-lock braking and traction control. I even have done some pretty good snow driving with all season radials Continental. It also has a neat feature where it will drive by itself for about a minute. I have the XLS model. So yes I have the Ivt transmission it has worked very well. I don't understand why everybody was so insecure about this Ivt drivetrain it is ran on a chain not a belt. I have nothing but great things to say about Kia engineering. I don't know why but for some reason the 2019 Kia Forte does not have many of the problems associated in the news. I also have the new anti-theft that Kia Motors placed at no charge to me. I think the days are gone when you can complain about Kia recalls. I think we've seen in the news even Honda, Toyota and Nissan have all had recalls also. I feel like Kia turned a big corner in 2013 on making great automobiles. I like them because they're easy on the budget and very reliable and good on gas. I also like the fact there is a lot of room that comes with these vehicles. I also have a Kia Sorento V6 2019 that is also been a good vehicle. Like they say Kia has the power to surprise. Forget keeping up with the Jones get a car that will save you money.

I bought this Dart used. It was a one-owner car with 26,970 miles. The fit and finish are excellent. Amazing standard features for a car of the original MSRP. The car's looks are still current 9 years after production ceased. It normally gets around 25-30 MPG. My only complaint is the Hyundai 6-speed automatic as I wish that it had an American-made 9-speed automatic instead. I had been driving various Plymouth and Dodge Neons for 31 years prior to the purchase of this Dart.

I have only had this car for 1 month but so far it runs well. My only issue, so far, is the front bumper and black grill. The bumper came loose ( I bought used) and now, the black grill has come loose... the hood seems to be tighter on one side than the other but works fine... just is not even...carfax said no wreck though. The exterior of cars these days seem cheap and flimsy. I never had that problem with my Honda CRV. I cannot tell you how many cars I see on the road with loose bumpers.

Being in a different state I was concerned on how my buying process would be. They made is perfect! My salesman Edward took a personalized video for me and showed me everything I wanted to look at so I didn't have to just look at fancy pictures. During the buying process they offered to ship it to us but I wanted the adventure of driving the car home. When I got to the dealership the car looked as if it came off the show room floor. Kolby was my finance agent and was very helpful on getting exactly what I needed. I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I would highly recommend buying a car from here. I feel like they went above and beyond and will always be checking back just in case I want to upgrade my car again in the future.

It's unfortunate the previous owners of the recent reviews had terrible ownership experiences . I have used this car for nearly four years without a single problem. Fun to drive, very spirited, great gas mileage, and outstanding handling at highway speeds. At 95,000 miles, no squeaks, wind noise, or rattles. its still very solid. Would highly recommend if you find a well cared for one. My only complaint is you would be hard pressed to fit four ave. size people at one time. But on the plus side it can fit in small spaces.

I do have one suggestion: if you’re selling EVs like Teslas to out-of-state customers, it would be helpful to deliver the vehicle with a full charge. Since Tesla’s Supercharger network cannot be used until the app is properly set up, it can create a challenge for first-time handoff. That said, I’m overall very happy with my purchase and appreciate the great service.

The FA 20 engine and cvt transmission were designed as a unit .There have been issues with the cvt as drag racing stretches the internal belt and the hurt begins rolling starts all good . Great road car in any weather a solid performer .

I bought this car over a year ago. I had no problems after driving it for 11000 miles. Very comfortable ride and nice performance on the highway. Would definitely recommend

I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

I love it..it's a good car I wont buy used cars anymore that's for sure. But overall good car. Had to change a few things on it because it was used.

Overall great experience! Straightforward pricing and willing to go out of their way to help you out. I wanted an electronic brake controller installed in the rig - they didn't hesitate to offer to bring it to uhaul and have it installed. Highly recommend.

Fun daily driver with nice response time. The exterior is sharp (especially compared to the new models). The exhaust has a great throaty tone to it. My biggest complaint is the interior air controls. All subarus have them and they are not intuitive.

Ford has done wonders with the technology and performance while keeping the stylish British marquee design elements. The color is so unique and gets very positive comments from my riders.

I bought this car new in October 2013. It was by far the best car I ever owned. It was my fourth Lexus. But the best. Unfortunately a guy ran a stop sign in July and totaled the car. No injuries. 57500 miles. I am now driving a RX350 it is good but not an LS.
