2019 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Elantra with about 120k miles. The price was fair and the car has been running well so far. I appreciated that they were willing to work a deal with me and hold the car while I made payments. 2003 Buick Century review
All these years of me looking right through most any generations of Buick Century’s until I inherited this 2003 Century Custom. I was dumbfounded at the reliability, and believe it or not, the subtle styling & major comfort & ride. Aside from owner neglect, the car started right up after having sat for months and idle for weeks in literal sub-zero temps as if it were in a heated garage all this time. I expected a rough & rattling ride on my first drive home with it, but I was amazed at the quietness & the gliding of the suspension. These Century’s are certainly an under-appreciated vehicle.

2008 Honda Accord review
I've owned this car for almost 5 years, bought it with 104k. Now it has 230k and still running good. Never owned a car with these many miles on it. All I've done is regular maintenance and 1 oxygen sensor.(Make sure you don't buy aftermarket, won't work well) Love my car, still holding up very well and I believe I could easily get 300k or more. Was planning on selling it but I might as well keep it until it dies.

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
After getting 284K from our 2003 Elantra GLS and Currently 108K trouble free miles from our 2019 Elantra SEL so far, I just bought a Certified (Passed 173 Point Inspection) 2023 Elantra Limited (Scarlet Red) with 19K miles. It is the most beautiful and Safety Rich (Accident Avoidance) "High Tech" Computer on Wheels Car I ever bought (I'm 65 Years Young!). The Tesla Phase 2 "Highway Driving Assistance" is "Best in Class". Also, The 46-48 MPG average per TANK full (Non Hybrid) is simply amazing! I like the 8 Speed Manual Performance Mode when I want a more spirited FUN to drive ride! Infotainment system and Bose sound system is also very good. The only nice feature NOT including until 2024 Elantra is 360 degree camera monitoring. I might purchase & install an aftermarket 360 camera setup from a Stereo shop in a couple years if I really need it?

2012 Jaguar XJ review
If you want a car that has aged well to be over 10 years old since the restyling and still features all the options of a modern day car for substantially less money but substantially more in style and quality details, then this car is for you! The portfolio long wheelbase model has been a superb pick having all of the options like air cooled, heated and massaging seats, Touchscreen and voice activated navigation, smart phone integration, lane change management, and everything you’d expect on a modern day luxury vehicle but more than you’d ever imagine on a car over 12 years old with the price to own being everything for practically nothing to look like something that is driven by someone with style frim the upper class. It is like owning a vintage wine to be even more fine as time passes and it becomes the epidemy of a classic by sheer design with loads of burl (burr) wood, Connelly leather, aviation aluminum, chrome and put together with tail lights that look like the Jaguars claws have scratched the rear as its stance is seen from the front and the top fades to black at the back to look like a lanyard on a yacht made for land in Coventry, England, for a truly discriminating owner who will have a long lasting beauty. So my wife and I decided to go to Carolina Volkswagen and check their inventory. Glad we did. Once we arrived at the dealership we got out and started walking around looking at cars. After a few moments a salesman came out an introduced himself. His name was Chris Harmon. Chris turned out to be the consummate professional. We told him our story, and what we were looking for. He listened attentively asked a few more questions then led us over to the Passats. After looking at the New models we walked over to the Certified Pre-owned and there it was, a Passat R-Line w/Comfort Pkg. a really nice car. We took it for a test drive as well as an SUV and fell in love w/the R-Line. The rest is history we chose the R-Line. Through the whole process Chris didn’t try to pressure us or hound us into buying a car. Thank you Chris.

2016 Hyundai SONATA review
This is on a 2004 Sonota that has 191,000 miles. I bought it new and it has never been back to the dealership for a warranty issue. It has 2.7 v-6 and doesn’t use any oil between oil changes. This by far has been the best car I have ever owned. Good gas mileage, I’m 6’3” and has plenty of leg room. Yes I would buy another.

2014 Dodge Dart review
So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

2008 Honda Accord review
I have had the Honda LX for almost 3 1/2 years now and it’s such a reliable car. It drives good (and I drive it hard may I add) have only had to fix the brakes and roders just a week ago, it does burn oil like crazy and I replaced a couple tires that kept popping but other than that it’s good on gas, a smooth ride, I never plug it in in the winter and may I add it gets to -30 here and it starts every time. My car is all black tinted led lights she is nice to look at beautiful body (model) I like this car out of the 13 cars I’ve had and this is one of the older cars too I’ve had but I just love it for some reason. I would definitely recommend it. I purchased mine for a little over $7600 from a family member did some upgrades to it take good care of it mechanically the inside is always clean (some scruffs here and there as it’s an older car) but I’m sure i could sell it for $5500-$6000. Definitely a good buy and worth it.

2021 Hyundai SONATA review
I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

2023 Hyundai ELANTRA review
I own a 23' Hyundai Elantra Limited, it has 37,000 miles on it. For the Elantra being the smallest sedan that Hyundai makes, I have been surprised by this car. My 2 previous cars were a Sonata Sport and a Sonata Limited. Pros: comfortable ride - I drive 60+ miles daily to work and I have no complaints about the ride of this car. Sound System: This features Bose speakers, as it is a Limited model. For a factory sound system, it sounds very good. Fuel Mileage: I get between 35 - 37 MPG with some of my daily drive being in stop and go traffic. Maintenance: the only things I have had to do were the normal oil changes, filter changes, and I have replaced the tires. Cool feature is the BlueLink phone app so you can remotely lock, unlock, start the engine to cool down or warm up the interior of the car Cons: hyundai took away the ability to save music to the car stereo and replaced the feature with "nature sounds" Homelink garage door opener was not an option in the Elantra Limited. I would recommend this car to someone that has a limited budget and is looking for a car that is fun to drive and has been reliable.
