This review is about their buying process, not their sales. (I live >100 miles away, so I've never had to come this far to buy a car.) After my Ford Fusion Energi PHEV came off lease, I bought it out and resold it to CarMax. Their online assessment process was fair and painless, and they offered me a pretty good price for me car. But that was an estimate, not an offer. I drove my car all the way here expecting to be haggled to death and get a reduced offer, but--it didn't happen. They examined the car and paid me the original offered amount with no dickering at all. It was a pleasant surprise. Fast-forward to today; now I've got a nice Ford Escape PHEV. They gave a nice estimate when I checked online, so I bought out my lease and I need to get the car over here to sell it to them. I'm hoping history will repeat itself.

Got this car 2.0 turbo diesel love it. Just wish it had remote start. Not really sure if mine had remote or not time read manual.

2015 Buick Regal review
The styling is handsome and pretty timeless. Get a lot of compliments and most people don’t know what it is . Mine appears very close to new so the assumption is that it’s a recent offering. Performance is excellent and fuel economy even using premium is reasonable. This car does require maintenance and ignoring it probably would lead to expensive repairs. I recently had to replace both headlight units due to condensation. Because of the GS upgrade specifications the total cost was over four thousand dollars. Because my car only has 50k miles on it and I plan to keep driving it I made the decision to bite the bullet and get new units rather than after market or salvage ones . Down grading to the headlights used in the base Regal would have required changing out the wiring harness and therefore not much of a savings. All other routine maintenance stuff has been reasonable priced and easy to get done unlike what I experienced with prior BMW and Mercedes . I like driving something a little different than the usual Asian brands and this Buick is a good alternative.

The very best non "luxury" full size 4 door. The usual Toyota top shelf fit & finish, styling & dependability. Best feature, for us, 27-36 long distance mpg in a roomy, roomy (Im 6'2") interior. Also Imao, sharper looks than its Lexus cousin.

2019 Cadillac CT6-V review
Amazing ride quality. Amazing power! A V-8 sound like none other I've ever heard. Comfortable. Some writers complained of lesser quality interior. While I wish there was less plastic, the interior quality is very good. The entire fit and finish, inside and out, shows off what cadillac used to be, simply the best in the world. I recently wrote a review indicating I was upset with my experience of purchasing a used 2017 Buick Encore .. the day after my purchase the engine light came on and I was informed the car had a turbo problem and a cracked manifold. The GMC warranty I purchased from Betten would not cover my claim because they felt it was a pre-existing condition…I contacted Robb who sold me the vehicle and Tony the manager explaining what the situation was… they were both very cooperative and helpful in handing my concern and did everything they could to rectify the predicament..they clearly understood my frustration..disagreeing with GWC stating that when the car was approved there was no pre existing damage..As of now Tony is repairing my SUV at no cost to me, which I greatly appreciate…it’s a comforting feeling to know there are still people out there who really care… thanks Tony and Robb!
2011 Buick Regal review
Coming from driving taller vehicles, I like being able to turn and not worry about falling over while not worrying about bottoming out because it’s just high enough. Having gotten it used with over 120k miles on it, it does have some wear and tear, but it’s been very reliable so far! Feels like a sports car! Lots of buttons, but you come to learn them very quickly.

2016 Lexus GS F review
I bought my GS F about a year ago and have been enjoying it ever since, adding about 12,000 miles already. What a great all-around sports sedan that can be used for everything from commuting to work to track days to road trips! The power from the naturally aspirated V8 is plenty of fun, especially when you put the car in it's various sport modes, while in "normal" mode the car drives like any other Lexus sedan. Handling in the twisties is phenomenal with the TVD (torque vectoring differential) which comes standard on the GS F. Mark Levinson audio is a must; this system blows other manufacturer's "premium audio" options out of the water, including B&W, Burmeister, and other "high end" brands used in Mercedes, BMW, and the like. One thing to look out for if you're buying one of these cars used is the carbon fiber trim on the interior likes to start delaminating. It is a fairly common issue with these cars, and it seems like the hotter climates tend to cause it to happen more frequently than not. This is a very expensive fix if you want to use the OEM parts through the dealer. Summary: if you're considering a GS F, just do it, or at least go drive one. You likely won't be disappointed. This car is a great value for the money and it can feel like you're driving something much more expensive than it is.
