Came in for a routine oil change and was made aware of a major, possibly fatal, situation with a potential tire blowout. This was caught by the services rep David Gilbert himself during the initial inspection. I mentioned a possible alignment due to a strong pull to the left and he immediately turned my steering wheel left, inspected the front tires and identified the issue instantly. I intend to be a lifetime client of his with my current w and any future vehicle as well.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.

2020 BMW 430 review
Bought 2020 430i xdrive Gran Coupe six months ago. First of all the car performs nicely but if it's performance you're looking for look elsewhere. This car is a large, luxurious, roomy and very capable driving machine. Trunk on the Gran Coupe is enormous. The power tailgate is a nice touch. Seats are firm and infinity adjustable. Wood and aluminum trim is lovely. Car is versatile meaning you can drive it as a cruiser or put it into Sport plus model and use the paddle shifters to the full effect. Car goes 0 to 60 in 5.6 secs and top speed is 155, adequate for most of your driving needs. Car feels very solid on the highway and safety features assure a safe ride. I highly recommend this car. If it's performance your looking for pony up for the M version which also has stiffer ride and uses more fuel. This is my 11th BMW and over the years I've come to trust and enjoy the marque.

2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

2019 Toyota Highlander review
I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
It exceeds my needs. I tow two horse trailer fully loaded maybe 8000 lbs but it has never felt like I had anything behind it. it breaks well and handles like a dream for truck. I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

It was AMAZING, I just remember the first time i sat in this thing and it was like LEATHER SEATS AND STUFF! It was SOOOOOO comfortable like a LEATHER SEAT! it also smelled like leather 100/10 i'd give this one i'd give it more than 6 stars if i could but i cant unfortunately :( but that leather is bussin fr! :) glad to actually be a part of this community :)

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.

2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 review
Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.

This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
2017 Lincoln Continental review
Inherited a loaded 2017 Lincon Reserve from my uncle. 20 Inch rims, 3.0 bi-turbo, upgraded Revel sound system...the works. I own an Audi A8L which IMO sets the bar for interior design and ergonomics and this is the only area where the Lincoln trails the Audi. The options, ride and feeling of driving a luxury vehicle is comparable to the Audi as well. I some areas even superior. The Lincoln has been trouble-free for a year whereas the Audi, being overengineered, is prone to reliability issues. I love the outside doorhandles to the Lincoln and its profile but I'm still trying to love the rear end design. To me this is the shortcoming from a design perspective. Other than this, a great car!

2023 Tesla Model X review
I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!
