2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
2024 RAV4 Hybrid XSE model is a great choice - interior road noise & front seats that do not glide back enough are my ‘wish I would have paid attention to’ regrets. If passengers are over 6’2” with long legs, they do not fit in the front seat comfortably & many times I feel like an Uber driver with them choosing the back seat when going distances. Hybrids make a lot of noise when backing up which can turn heads - this is normal so don’t be alarmed. Gas mileage is terrific & its sporty exterior is over the top. I do love it & recommend it if not concerned about the cons I have mentioned.

2020 Tesla Model 3 review
I purchased my 2020 Model 3 with 55k miles on it in 2026. The battery test showed that the batteries were in good health with over 80% of their original capacity still available. Both the interior and exterior had held up well. At the price for the used car, it is an incredible value. I'll save over half of the car payment on gas by charging at home. I love the minimalist look of the interior. At first, I thought the touch screen would be hard to use while driving, but with the buttons on the steering wheel and the temperature controls always present, it's very simple to operate while driving. The driver profiles that save your settings per driver are what makes the car so easy to love for me. My wife is a foot shorter than me. Having the mirrors, seat and steering wheel adjusted when I sit down are great. Also the bluetooth preference as well as all of the other car settings are saved to each of our profile, radio stations, driving dynamics, etc. The car is very sporty, especially for the money. It is much more sporty and fun to drive than anything else I have ever owned, including a Mini Cooper convertible. It will not best many cars you could compare it to, but it is also so much cheaper to purchase, and then maintain after the purchase that it wins in my book.

Traded my 23 Atlas SE Technology V6 for the 24 SEL R-Line premium. This SUV is fantastic, a great value, reliable and the performance of the turbo 4 engine is excellent and most impressive. I've driven Volkswagen's for years and this one hasn't disappointed. Advice to Volkswagen, bring back the TDI!

2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. The very best experience of any dealership I have ever had. I was looking to trade-in my 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I called everywhere within a 100 mile radius. No one had anything close to what I wanted, until I called San Leandro Chrysler and talked with Vanessa Abaunza. When she answered I asked the same question as I had for every call before her. I told her, I'm looking for a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Longhorn. No sooner having said these words, and she said, you have good taste. I thought for a moment, is she being real or just being a sales rep. Then she said, I love the Longhorn, it's my favorite and she went on and on about it. No other sales rep from any dealership told me I have good taste. She made me feel great from the very start. She had me at "Hello"... She continued asking, what exactly I was looking for on the truck and what color? I wanted everything in Delmonico Red. She immediately said, I have it. I was skeptical, but curious. Can you show me? Next thing I knew, I was looking online at the truck of my dreams. I asked, how did you do that? I have spoken to every dealership and no one had anything close. I was about to give up and then you pull this out from nowhere. My heart was pounding, I could hardly speak a word from that point. I about had tears I was so beside myself. Her next words were, when do you want to come see it? I explained that I was about 80 miles away. She came back with, I have customers that come from everywhere, just to buy from us here at San Leandro Chrysler. I told her, I really don't want to drive 2 hours one way just for this truck. She came back with, is this the truck you want and have been looking for? My answer, Y E S ... she then said, what's 2 hours, if you get the exact truck you want? Well, I had to agree, she had me and I knew it and I wasn't going to let anyone have that truck but me. There was a lot of details left out in this review, but I want everyone reading to understand that I have never ever encountered a better sales than her. She is the very best. I love her. She was honest, sincere, funny, just the most amazing person to deal with. I cannot say enough or give her higher praise of any sales rep. ... if you are looking for a new RAM truck or any Dodge, Jeep, call and talk with Vanessa in sales, she'll hook you up, just like she did me.
2021 Toyota Camry review
I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I bought the SEL R-Line, which comes fully loaded with all the luxury features. My favorites are the massaging seats and customizable ambient lighting. All the materials have a quality feel to them. The car also drives very well - it's nimble for an SUV and has plenty of power. I almost bought an Audi Q5, but this new-generation Tiguan was a far better value.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

2024 Toyota Camry review
I have been a Toyota owner for 20+ years and have been pleased with the "past" quality, reliability and performance. I purchased a 2024 Camry SE about 2 months ago and I have noticed the quality has definitely declined in the newer years lots of cheap plastic and carpet is really cheap. The under carriage plastic splash guards are a total joke! I had to remove the cheap plastic guards because they were loaded with about 10 lbs. of road gravel and dirt "not" an easy job to do to remove all the plastic clips. other than that no complaints on the performance so far. The Camry gets pretty good gas mileage for a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder sedan.

2022 Audi Q5 review
Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.

2020 Lexus ES 350 review
In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

2023 Honda Ridgeline review
Great mid-sized truck! Far superior to offerings from Nissan and Toyota - both of which ride like trucks. The Ridgeline rides like an SUV. Quiet, predictable and dependable. The Honda Safety Sensing system is a tad of a nuisance but you get accustomed to ignoring it. Surprised that Honda doesn’t do a better job. Infotainment system is overly complicated. Fuel economy is acceptable. Power is acceptable.

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
2021 BMW Z4 review
This is my first BMW product, and I am very happy with it. I was somewhat skeptical about choosing the turbo 4-cylinder engine, but I am now glad I did. Unless you plan to race it, the turbo 4 has all the power one needs for street use, and as a side benefit it get amazing mpg. The turbo 4 car is well over 150 lbs. lighter than the turbo 6 cylinder equipped model, and this allows the car to have a 50/50 weight balance; therefore, it feels like a mid-engine car. I have owned many sports cars, and some with very high HP, but that power is almost never usable on the street. My car has all the BMW handling options, so overall, I have to rate it as one of, or even the, most enjoyable sports car I have ever owned.
