John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Sanford review
I recently purchased a vehicle from John Hiester CDJR of Sanford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy—something that's hard to come by these days. My sales rep, Tajh, went above and beyond to find the perfect car for my needs and budget. They answered all my questions with patience and made the process smooth from start to finish. The financing team also made everything straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommend Tajh and team at John Hiester CDJR of Sanford to anyone in the market for a vehicle. This is how car buying should be!

Dieffenbach GM Superstore review
The buying experience was nothing but incredible. We bought a 2022 Jeep they took in on trade, all they way from South Texas. When I expressed interest online, Tara Platt reached out to me within minutes. We bought it sight unseen, in person. She assured me it was perfect and it was. From arranging the shipment, to finalizing the paperwork, sending it through Fed Ex back and forth, everything went flawless. My only regret is we didn't get to meet Tara and the other staff in person. If you have never bought on-line, don't worry one bit dealing with Tara and the dealership. Thanks again for the awesome jeep and price.

This is my first ever car that I will own and I have to say I'm quite excited to finally get the keys in my hands. My associate, Devin Johnson, has been very pleasant and knowledgeable and together with the rest of the team at Valley Auto World has made this first-time experience feel a lot more comfortable and easier than I had expected. I can definitely see myself having no issues getting the services I need at Valley Auto World and look forward to future dealings with them.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I went to look at two vehicles that I was interested in. Dwayne met me at the door with respect and instantly made me feel comfortable. He sat me down, pulled both vehicles up on the computer and explained all the features each vehicle was equipped with. He was very thorough and not once made me feel pressured to buy anything. He made sure to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted at a rate that I could afford. I recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to check this dealership out.

I worked with Dwayne, and he was very helpful with going over the features of my vehicle. He gave me great options in my price range, and made sure that he explained my warranty in detail. My overall experience at the dealership was welcoming and educational. I loved the tour, and seeing how I could keep my maintenance up to date with the app. Dwayne did a phenomenal job going over the features of the app for my vehicle and its benefits. I'm very grateful for the experience he provided, and the information he shared. That was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever had.

Where do I even begin with my experience with Dwayne? My husband has actually been working with him several times over the years buying and trading vehicles, so he called Dwayne to help me with trading in my car to buy a new one. Now I know why my husband won't see anyone else there but him! Hands down best experience ever! Dwayne would always greet us with a warm smile and is very personable and professional. He even had Luther help us get an amazing deal for our trade and he was also so kind to us & made our experience wonderful. Dwayne was there with me after hours finishing up everything and he never seemed impatient or trying to rush to get me out of there, but he took his time with me and wanted to make sure he showed me all the things before I drove off. He even called me on my way home to check on me. I don't know when the last time I had great customer service was, but I wish there were more people like Dwayne out there! Thank you again Dwayne and Luther for everything & my husband and I will always be your #1 customers!!!!

I walked in for a used car but Jeremy thought I deserved more than something used so he got me a brand new car for the same price I would have paid for a used car! I love my 2019 Honda Civic! He’s a great salesman and he makes sure that the car you want will fit your financial needs!

Needed a new vehicle after having an accident and my previous car being a total lost. These people and dealership went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left with the vehicle I WANTED. Not like some dealers that is what they think you should have or reccomend. James was awesome and cater all my needs and want both friendly and courteous. Also, Kevin McGirt aswesome guy and got me what I wanted. I came in there with an open previous car loan of my total lost car, bad credit due to my divorce and exhusband adding me as a co-signer to two vehicle he defaulted. They worked with my issues and barriers and got me approved! Awesome clerk at customer service Lynn Duck. She kept followinf up with me to ensure I was serviced by the Honda team! Thank you Honda!

My Experience: I was very impressed with the no pressure sale and how smooth the transaction went all the way through the finance. My salesman was Braulio Rivera which I have bought 8 cars plus from another dealership. I WILL follow him anywhere he would go because of honestly, loyalty, and the way he listens to what I need and want. I was very impressed with Mr. Acosta and Mr Ric Harvatin in finance for the smooth ending. This dealership is very thorough on going over the car to make sure I understood how all features worked and made sure I was happy. Thank you to your whole staff Bryan Honda Fayetteville

Toy BarnReviews
Toy Barn review
I was shopping for a very specific new car - Dodge Charger Hellcat for several weeks - and since this model was no longer being produced by Dodge, I found myself searching the internet at dealerships all over the U.S. I had never purchased a car in this manner - I have always purchased new cars directly from the dealership - so, needless to say, I was apprehensive. Buying a car several hundred or a thousand miles away is not something I took lightly. I happened upon several vehicles that were promising from dealerships in Washington State, Texas and Ohio. After dealing with salespersons at each of these locations, I felt most comfortable with the Toy Barn in Dublin, OH. I ended up buying my new car from Toy Barn predominantly because of the no pressure approach I got from Pavel, a sales manager. He did an excellent job for me. He responded to my questions thoroughly and quickly. He made videos for me to more closely see the car and he was willing to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. I had the car priced comfortably for me before I came out to see it. I flew out with my own personal mechanic, we viewed the car, drove the car and the shop manager Kyle (another friendly and accommodating Toy Barn employee) put the car up on a lift for us to give it a thorough look-over. The dealership General Manager Chris was super friendly and accommodating on the day we went to see the car and we even met, and very much liked the dealership owner, Shawn - easy going and very personable. The finishing touches were made by the finance manager, Zach - who made the last, super impression for me. The Toy Barn has high standards as anyone can see - the specialized inventory of high-quality vehicles they sell along with the excellent sales and management team proved to me that you can buy a car by shopping online without fear. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury specialized used vehicle to consider the Toy Barn for a beautiful inventory of sharp autos, and a great sales and service team. Definitely a sharp 5-star dealership.
