I was hoping to prolong the replacement process for my 2007 Hyundai Sonata (206,000 miles) as long as possible. When a deer kamikazed my baby while my husband was driving it, that definitely changed. I'm a 911 Dispatcher, so you can imagine the range of emotions I had when I answered his 911 call and he basically said, "Honey, I wrecked your car."
There were a lot of people and businesses that came together and played a role in making this emotional rollercoaster easier for me, especially because my husband is on the west side of the state and unavailable due to work mandated training (with the only other car that we own).
My dad has a long history working with John's Auto Mart so I walked in trusting that they would take care of me too. They had the exact car I wanted as a replacement (another newer Hyundai Sonata) and it was in the color that my husband wanted. The asking price was very workable and close to the range that my husband and I were hoping for.
Ken and Al were extremely understanding to our situation. Al made the experience very personal and Ken made it possible for my husband and I to be on everything together, even though my husband isn't available to do anything until the weekend (I was buying mid-week during my days off).
When it came to negotiating, there really wasn't any, and there wasn't much need for any. Ken cut it as low as he could and it was in the price range we wanted. I was able to drive the car home the same day and the whole process only took about an hour and a half.
John's Auto Mart definitely made the replacement process easier than I was expecting and I really enjoyed working with them.
Definitely the best experience I???ve had buying a car from a dealer. I found my truck online and went in the next day to check it out. Jordan greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly and professional. They were not pushy and ensured that we got the payments we were comfortable with. Will definitely check them out again during our next car search.
Excellent buying experience with Tom Fleming and Jacob. I found their help very thorough. They researched and found the vehicle I wanted. Then allowed me to test drive it for a day to insure it was the right vehicle.

He was genuine from the beginning with our best interest in mind. I felt like I could trust him when he said he was offering the best possible deal. Honestly, I didn???t not think I could afford a brand new car! But Stives explained Hyundai???s new lease program and I found that I could actually walk away with a beautiful brand new car with an unbeatable warranty. The whole experience was excellent from Stives to his manager to their accounting person???all wonderful, kind people. I???m so excited to have joined the Hyundai family of Coconut Creek!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sellers Subaru and especially with Jazlyn's help. It took me about 5 months to finally make a purchase and Jazlyn always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. We have another Subaru dealership closer to us, but we decided to go the extra distance so we could work with Sellers Subaru. Finance manager Kyle was also helpful explaining the additional options available to add to the car. It would have been nice to have known about these additional add-ons such as windshield protection, tire repair, etc. BEFORE the actual signing of the sale. I don't like to make these additional purchases without time to think about them. On a side note they have a great coffee and snack bar!

Before I made the drive from Tennessee. I called and spoke with Eric Bates in Sales. I told him what I was interested in (a 2018 Outback) and he said they had many in stock. The next day, I drove to Asheville and Eric was waiting for me. Eric was both knowledgeable and personable. He had the right Outback waiting for me (both color and options). After a test drive, I decided to purchase it. The price was right and so was the car. The buying experience was made easier by Ms. King in the finance department. And while Eric did a thorough job explaining all of the options and settings, the dealership offers a second review of the car about three weeks later because they know it is hard to absorb all of the info the first time.
In short, my buying experience was excellent and I recommend both Prestige Subaru and Eric Bates.
Nice experience. We bought new Encore from Bob Sekora. He listened to what we had to say and accurately presented and reviewed what was available from stock and available within a day or two. Everything up-front. No suddenly appearing costs, surcharges or pressure and he made sure we felt comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership.
If you are in the market for a Subaru, by all means checkout West Herr. I believe this is now our fifth Subaru from their dealership and the experience seems to get better each and every time. Not only do we know we are getting a wonderful deal, but the people are fantastic to work with--never high pressure, always accommodating, and they treat you as if you are their only customer.
I feel I was treated fair. They listened to what I had to say and I feel I was dealt with honestly. I did not buy the vehicle I have now from Wilkin’s but I will consider buying my next vehicle from them.I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. Jeff hired a truck to transport the car and it was delivered as promised. Would definitely recommend Jeff and Porsche of Norwell to friends and will do business there again. P.S. - They also gave me a very fair price even though I did not pick a car off of their lot, and the negotiation was painless.
Tay was very easy to deal with. He took the time to make sure I was familiar with the vehicle and also allowed us to keep it overnight before making a final decision. Very good dealer.
