People are down to earth , never was pressured, no surprises
2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
If you're looking for a compact SUV that feels like a safe bet without being boring, the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport is worth a serious look, especially as a certified pre-owned. It’s the kind of car that quietly earns your trust, mile after mile. The Crosstrek Sport hits a sweet spot between comfort and practicality. The seats are genuinely comfortable, the cabin layout makes sense, and there’s enough space to haul groceries, camping gear, or a couple of friends without feeling cramped. It’s not flashy inside, but everything feels solid and built to last. Driving it feels reassuring. The 2.5-liter engine has enough power to handle daily errands and weekend road trips, and Subaru’s all-wheel drive system gives it a confident grip in rain, snow, or on gravel. It’s not going to win drag races, but it’s smooth, predictable, and easy to drive. Looks-wise, the Crosstrek Sport is understated but sharp. The sport trim adds just enough flair to stand out without trying too hard. It’s the kind of design that ages well. What really makes this model shine as a certified pre-owned is the peace of mind. You get a factory-backed warranty, a thorough inspection, and the comfort of knowing it’s been vetted by Subaru. Combine that with Subaru’s reputation for reliability and strong resale value, and you’ve got a vehicle that’s built for the long haul. I’d recommend the certified pre-owned Crosstrek Sport to anyone who wants a dependable, comfortable SUV that won’t surprise you, in the best way. It’s perfect for folks who value practicality, live in places with unpredictable weather, or just want a car that quietly gets the job done. It’s not trying to be a luxury car or a performance beast. It’s just a really good Subaru.

Scott was wonderful, from stepping in the door until driving the lot I felt like my best interests were in mind. He was easy going and very helpful with what I was looking for. Even though it was a Subaru Dealership, Scott was very knowledgeable about my Toyota that I was looking at the time. Would visit again!
2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

Bella and John Cascioli at Mazda were amazing! This is my first time purchasing a Mazda CX-5 and they made it quick and easy. Bella was an amazing salesperson. She made sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle and even showed me how to work the app so that I can use my remote start! John in finance was super nice and extremely helpful in explaining everything!!!

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

Faulkner Subaru EastonReviews
Faulkner Subaru Easton review
My wife and I have now purchased two vehicles from Chris Sterner since November, and earlier this year I helped my parents secure a deal with him as well. That kind of repeat business doesn?t happen by accident ? it happens because Chris delivers something rare in today?s world: trust, consistency, and a genuinely modern customer experience. Chris doesn?t rely on pressure or outdated sales tactics. He builds relationships, listens, and understands what a customer needs before they even realize it themselves. The internet can sell a car with a click, but it can?t replace the confidence you feel when you?re working with someone who truly cares about the people behind the purchase. Chris brings positivity, professionalism, and a fresh approach that makes the entire process effortless. Subaru builds incredible vehicles, but it?s people like Chris who make customers proud to drive them. I also want to highlight Edwin, the finance manager. He brings clarity and calm to a part of the process that can easily feel overwhelming. Edwin makes financing simple, transparent, and stress?free ? exactly what you hope for when you?re finalizing a major purchase. Faulkner Subaru Easton has moved into their new location within the last year, and I sincerely hope they continue building on the incredible foundation they?ve created. The store looks great, but it?s the team ? people like Chris and Edwin ? who make the experience exceptional. The car can only take you so far; it?s the people behind it who make the journey unforgettable. If you want a dealership that treats you like family, earns your trust, and delivers every single time, go see Chris Sterner and Edwin at Faulkner Subaru Easton. Subaru has a gem in them, and they?re the reason we keep coming back!

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

With everything going on in this world it was awesome to deal with a dealership that made my family and I feel welcomed and appreciated. Robert D. was very caring and helpful. He was patient and did not rush the deal and stayed an hour past his time. Thank you and continue to keep your professional work ethics.

They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

Northway Automotive of Lake Hopatcong 1Reviews
Northway Automotive of Lake Hopatcong 1 review
I initially went on cargarus to look for another used vehicle; Shane was the 1st person from many dealerships I was looking through from many different vehicles. The car I test drove was great though my credit wasn't that great nor did I have a co-signer. What he did though was contacted me immediately when he had a vehicle around price range, asked my thoughts & most importantly spoke to bank as my down payment was low and gave me a decent price for my trade-in amongst many more other benefits. I had never had anyone work with me rather against when it came to buying a car as much as he did and boss.. I will def keep going back in future, overall I am a happy customer & when it comes to service on vehicle you definitely don't feel like your being robbed. Customer service in all areas is way better than alot of places in this Era.. :)
