Had oil changed, tire rotated and multi-point inspection done. Service center indicated that my brakes need some work. Service rep was keep me informed of progress and any issues. Overall service I am please with it. what keep me from giving a five stars brake pads they had in stock where not the morpar but another brand. Not bad but not as good as the morpar.

Good price if you are a negotiator; great winter driving; nice space, roomy; stylish; good safety record; if you drive the original tangerine you'll get lots of questions & compliments
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Cheap interior -felt paper for carpets

No storage compartments in rear. “Felt” paper for carpets. No CD player. Not what I wanted for the money. Value not there. Do not recommend.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

I have owned my 2018 Crosstrek for 7 months and I still love it as much as the day I drove it off the lot. Excellent fuel economy for the weight and drivetrain. Fun to drive with fantastic steering response. It is a bit underpowered for my liking but it does have the torque for highway passing. The cargo area is spacious and the rear seats fold completely flat which is great for hauling. After test driving and researching several vehicles in this market segment, this was the best “bang for the buck”. I strongly recommend this vehicle.
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

I’ve had it almost a month and love it so far. I really enjoy the versatility, but the ride and overall driving experience is really nice. I was impressed with the visibility - one of my biggest concerns about changing from a sedan to SUV. Even my wife loves it, and she hates everything at first.
From start to finish, the team that helped me was incredible. They were so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They really made me feel like I was the only customer there! I???m brand new to the whole Subaru brand, and they made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I???m now in love with my Forester! This is a fantastic, versatile, comfortable daily driver. It’s completely capable on and off the beaten path not to mention the cargo space is laid out perfectly. Most people will say its under powered and I understand however it’s a daily driver and not a race car. It’s 100% perfect for what you’re paying for. Absolutely love this car!
I needed a new vehicle quickly and had wanted an Outback for quite some time. Looking at other vehicles solidified my desire for a newer model. I called and talked to Caleb Davis to set up a time to come look at vehicles and I had pretty much already found the one I wanted online. I drove from Tupelo, MS on a Wednesday evening with my wife and two young children arriving less than an hour before close. I have very little time and it was my only opportunity to visit the dealership in Memphis. I had let them know about my previous nightmare worthy experiences with car dealers and I must say Caleb and Blake were two very patient guys who took the time to listen and work with me on exactly what I needed to make the purchase. Caleb was very kind and explained many of the newer Outback features and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He is very straight forward, which is always a plus. Blake was great to work with and made the financing process as smooth as it should be when spending a significant amount of money. I highly recommend visiting Jim Keras Subaru for your purchase. I'll write an updated review after my first experiences visiting the service department and working out any potential issues that may arise with the vehicle.

Ever since I laid my eyes on the Crosstrek I have wanted one. They are a practical car with smooth styling. My wife and have taken my Crosstrek camping and on little trips and it always performs awesome.
We had an outstanding experience with Brian Bates and the Jim Keras Subaru team! We stopped by to browse on a Sunday morning and despite the dealership being closed, Brian took time to meet with us and was a Subaru guru! He gave us a lot of great advice to help us decide on which Subaru was the best option for us and went above and beyond over the next week to make sure we had everything we needed before we relocated across the country in a few days. Highly recommend Brian and the team!!

Trouble free transportation in a nice looking all around good car.
Clean oil and filters and a full tank of gas and you are good to go.
Car buying for a single female can be overwhelming. Not at Keras. My team was the bombdiggity. Chris Hitching was my salesman. He made sure I met everyone I would deal with, and understood every aspect of the process. This is my second Subaru but the first time I ever dealt with Jim Keras dealership. I went in because my headlight was out and I suspected the deal I made on the first Subaru was not as good as it could have been. These guys made sure to get this corrected and I left with a new Outback and a much better deal than I could have imagined. I am still in shock at having had such a wonderful experience. The customer care here is awesome. Subaru school with Bill Blake has been amazing as I had no idea my Outback could do so much. Its a fact here that outstanding customer service does not end once the deal is sealed. Subaru has the highest safety rating and Jim Keras Subaru matches this standard with their customer service. I am so happy I tell everybody this will be their last stop if they are looking for quality service from a car and a Dealership. Love my car and Jim Keras Subaru. Never ending gratitude for this experience.

Had limited 2017Crosstrek unfortunately badly rear ended by plumber contractor's van. Survived crash. Eyesight and AWD was great, loved higher clearance and visibility around. It was best choice for the money, tried Honda, Toyota, Mazda counterparts - they are good vehicles but Subaru was better for me.
My husband and I had a great experience when we purchased our 2017 Outback. Unfortunately, we didn't have such a great experience when buying a 2011 Forester. We purchased this used car when it was still cold outside. Once it warmed up, we turned on the ac, only to find the car blowing warm air. So we scheduled an oil change for the outback and a maintenence check for the ac on the forester (extended warranty). Outback was taken care of, however, we were told we needed to pay $200 for the forester because they said the ac was working when we purchased it. When my husband asked about this, the staff, instead of taking the high road and admitting they probably overlooked the ac, stood by their claim that it happened after we drove the vehicle home. This is a second car. It's barely been driven. And my husband and I aren't those people trying to get something for nothing. We just want others to do the right thing. It's only fair. Long story short, we paid the money because we do live in the south. This is costing us well over the 200 dollars as we live over an hour away and we will be making 4 trips (and a lot of gas money to boot) to get what they should have checked and fixed before selling the car. I'm not one to use a public forum like this to vent, but I really feel abused by this situation ( and I am a tough old cookie). Oh, and the offer to return the 200 when we go back to buy our next Suburu isn't going to happen. There are other places to purchase Suburu's.

Fun to drive. Turns heads. Many compliments. Very reliable and economical to own. Sporty and just a bit rugged as well! Never any problems. Just gas and oil! Subaru boxer engines run forever.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

We would highly recommend seeking him out. The initial offer turned out to be the final terms of the sale. We were encouraged to research the offer. We did. It was perfectly fair, both on the value of our trade-in offer and the sales price offer on our Forester. There was no need to negotiate. We were offered a manageable range of financing options that accurately reflected the preferences we???d expressed. The final package met our budget goals with no smoke, no mirrors; just a solid, responsive deal. Cole did everything necessary to make the deal efficient for us, and to minimize our travel from Blytheville, AR. Everything was ready for us when we arrived to finalize the purchase. David got us through the paperwork methodically and quickly, but absolutely at our pace. Everything was clear; every question answered. We knew exactly what we were signing and why. We would recommend Jim Keras Subaru and Cole Watson without hesitation.
