Look no further when trying to decide where to buy a car. Felt very comfortable when walking the lot and inside. I purchase a new vehicle every 12-18 months. I have dealt with every dealer in Utah County and the majority in Salt Lake County. Most of these dealings did not end in a sale due to poor customer service, knowledge etc.
I’m a self-admitted demanding customer, which naturally would preclude several dealerships.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from Doug Smith Jeep, American Fork, in the past 4 months. One new vehicle had issues I wouldn’t tolerate and the dealer worked with me and gave me a fair deal on a second vehicle, which was the same model etc. This would total 3 vehicles in 4 months.
Chris Smith and Gabe Smith are the most friendly and professional car sales folks I have ever dealt with. They understand the customers needs and wants and work tirelessly to make things happen.
They truly work for the customer. They are not pushy, overbearing or otherwise unpleasant.
The buying experience with them and their dealership is absolutely second to none.
I will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealer as long as they work at Doug Smith.

The folks at Doug Smith Kia are awesome to work with. No pressure at all. They work with you and give you their best offer without all the hassle. Just bought a new 2018 Stinger G2. Dave Smith, Jeff Hartley and Darin Elggren were amazing to work with. Darin is an incredible salesman & Dave & Jeff gave me a great deal. What an awesome car from an incredible dealership. They treat you exactly like you are a member of their family.
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
I can???t believe how nicely I was treated. Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help me while I purchased my new 2019 Suburu Outback. Todd was the salesperson and I would recommend seeing him. Thank you!
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.

Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . I was treated well, the service was done quickly. I wasn't sure if I made the right/wrong decision by going with the synthetic oil. I don't remember being asked that question before. I was told that synthetic last longer (and cost more). Does that mean synthetic is better for the car or for the company? I was told that the back passenger brake light needed to be replaced for $15, I said ok. Looking over the receipt, I don't see a charge, so I don't know if the bulb was changed or not. The multi-point inspection indicates: 'checked & ok at this time' for interior/exterior bulbs & lights. I will have to have someone watch me hit the brakes to see if the light is working or not. The receipt shows that the oil filter was replaced, but no one showed me the dirty filter. Service advisor:Tony Martinez Tech: Fernando Flores.
