I just by chance just got connected to Hernan Diaz- Egg, H for short, for the purposes of driving a 26 Q5. We set up an appointment. I liked the way the Q5 handledd but the exterior color was not my favorite. H is very professional and does not pressure you and he states "my job is to find you car that YOU want and not one that I want to sell you". He spent hours showing us various colors that were available and those at the port in Baltimore, but nothing got me excited. His patience is incredible and he did not give up in trying to match us up with the right car. I ended up purchasing a '26 SQ5 in Daytona Gray which he mentioned that was available. H is tuly a great person too and I consider him a friend who I have all my faith in. Contact if you are considering an Audi; you won't be sorry.

2025 Subaru Forester review

My only reason for deducting a star is due to their body shop. I was rear ended a couple of years ago and took it to Jones. The service was polite and timely. There was one small thing in the car that they kept trying to fix, I went back four times, they never got right. Because I was the only driver I gave up in frustration. working, I did not have the time to keep taking it back. I wanted to post this, about my experience. I bought a 2026 Subaru Impreza last month. at the dealership on Cleveland Ave. In fact that is my 4th subaru from there. I met the Greg Winter, General Sales Manager he was really great anwered all my questions. Greg then turrned me over to Bennett Temple Sales Consultant, and it all began. Bennett took the time, went over all the information , and less than 2 hours I was approved. I explained that I needed to go home and talk all the details with my husband. He was fine . I called and said it was a go. Infact they held the car for me, for a week without a deposit. Unbelievable. Yesterday I had to go back, I had a couple scratches on the car, no big deal, I problable just got them with all the bad weather, but since my car was black. I wanted to fix them,. there were just 3 small scratches. I called and spoke to Bennett and I told him I would be in on Saturday. When I arrived, he took me to the parts department and got the right color, and then Bennett went outside and fixed the scratches himself. He did not have to do that but he went above and beyond. So if you are planning to buy a new car Think of a Subaru and Speak with Greg and then Bennett.

2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

First, let me say that I don’t necessarily enjoy reading long online reviews when considering a major purchase, but I really can’t explain my experiences at Reedman Toll Subaru in one or two sentences. If you want an honest description of what it was like to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, here it is. I’ve been around the block and have purchased many used vehicles. As a former auto mechanic who has worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years, I’ve rarely purchased a used vehicle from a new car dealer. We own a 2014 Acura and really like it, so when we saw a 2013 Acura at a local dealership (Davis Acura) we decided to check it out. The price was a bit high, and apparently we were taking the salesperson away from an important TV show or card game, as it was quite obvious he wasn’t especially interested in selling us a car on that particular day. The next day we saw a very similar vehicle online (at a much better price) at Reedman Toll Subaru. Although they’re over an hour from our home, I had the day off and we decided to go see it. Our salesperson, Matt T., didn’t know we were coming but was asked by the online sales representative we’d spoken with to show us the car. The car was nice but had several small dents in the fender, which looked like an amateur repair job (and may well have been), and it definitely detracted from this seemingly well-maintained vehicle. As a result we were quite hesitant to pay full price for the vehicle. Matt apparently spoke with his manager (Shawn S.) and then came to us a few minutes later and asked if we would consider buying the car if they could fix the dents. We told him we would certainly consider it, but we weren’t going to pay more, and we weren’t going to commit to purchasing the vehicle until we saw the repairs. Matt said fair enough, and they took the car to their body shop to remove the dents and repaint the fender. As this process would take several hours, we really didn’t want to have to drive over an hour to get home and then come back again later to see the repairs. Matt said, “How about if we bring the car to you? If you approve of the work you can buy it, if you don’t there’s no obligation.” This was more than fair, so they completed the work and brought the car to my wife’s workplace. The work was well done so we completed the purchase. We were certainly satisfied so far…but then the brakes started squealing loudly a few days later. I took the car to my mechanic and he discovered that the rear brakes were worn down to almost nothing and the car was not drivable. I knew the vehicle had just been inspected before we bought it (not by Reedman Toll Subaru), so I called Reedman Toll and spoke with manager Shawn S. He asked if I could send him an estimate of the necessary repairs (over $400). I did so and he approved the work that day. The car was repaired by my mechanic and I received reimbursement from Reedman Toll about a week later. Matt and Shawn were in communication with us during the entire sales process, answering questions and addressing any and all issues that came up with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. It became quite obvious to us that these two gentlemen stand behind their products and are extremely customer service-oriented and responsive, even well after the sale. I would not hesitate to drive over an hour to Reedman Toll Subaru and ask for Matt if I was in the market for another car.

2025 Subaru Forester review
My first Subaru although each of my kids had a used one as their first cars. Very well made, It is quite comfortable but I wish the seats went up a little bit more. I bought the Premium model and it has everything you could ask for. Handles great, has more than enough oomph, and I am averaging around 26.5 mpg in mostly city driving. Took a 200 mile out and back trip, and averaged 34.8 mpg. I will certainly buy another Subaru when it is time, usually every 2-3 years.
