NJ Auto Sales was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman Scott, was understanding of my needs in a Sedan and took the time to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Not only did I get the car of my dreams ('07 BMW 328 Xi), I am paying a really low payment compared to where I thought I would have to pay. The atmosphere in the showroom is also pleasant. You can tell there is a real teamwork attitude among all employees, which is definitely different from the norm. We went to Battaglia auto sales to look for a used Subaru Forester, which we knew they had several of from their website. The only time we had to look at cars was after 4pm on Friday night. Although they closed at 6, Joe Natale made us feel comfortable to test drive several Foresters, never pressuring us to rush or feel like we were keeping him. We found the perfect car, a beautiful 2010 Subaru Forester with low miles and only one owner. Joe was amazing in helping us get financing despite a tough credit situation and even made us an espresso while we were working on the deal. When we were ready to leave, Joe realized the gas was almost empty and he gave us his personal card to go fill up at the Wawa down the street. Unbelievable service!!
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a used car dealership. I cannot recommend this establishment enough and we will definitely be back next time we are looking for a car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
Drove 30 miles to look at a used truck at Mancini's, met Randy who was very informative and knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Checked out and test drove the truck and made a good deal with Randy. Never before had I bought a used vehicle where a state inspection (with any required repairs were made) and an emissions test was performed with the purchase of the vehicle. As I waited for the repairs to be made they took me to a diner for breakfast and picked me up when I was done!!! Great people, 1st class operation. Thanks Mancini

She never gave up on me. Regardless how hard it was to finance me. She genuinely cares for her customers and is the definition of dedication. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else.

Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.
Russ was great. Very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and made me feel very comfortable. I went to a few dealers prior to autolenders and the experience was less than stellar. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car!
I have purchased 7 cars in my lifetime so far. This was by far the easiest an non evasive purchase i have ever made. I found a car i liked..they had it shipped someplace closer to me just so i can test drive it. There was no pushing of extra stuff or financing. I left there getting what i expected for my trade in and paid within my budget for the truck i loved. I will not go anywhere else for my future car buying.
No hassle search for vehicle on the lot after the salesman directed us to location of available vehicles. Buying process was quick and simple. Salesman made us feel like we were part of a family. Fabulous buying experience would definite purchase another vehicle when the time comes.
