I’ve owned my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek touring 2.0L 6 speed manual for just over 2 years now. It’s been a great vehicle. Very reliable. Could be a bit better on fuel but I’ve heard the CVT does get better fuel economy. I’d recommend this vehicle for sure. No regrets buying my Crosstrek.

This is my 4th Subaru, 1st new & 1st Impreza. I hated my early 2000 Forester-boxy/noisey loved both of my outbacks. Other than regular maintenance none of them had any major problems. Subaru of America never hides any issues or recalls, they have been quick to alert me and fix ALL. Every car company has recalls, sadly many companies try and hide the fact or sweep it under the rug so they don't have to fix it or pay up. Not Subaru in fact after my 3 year warranty ran out and they found an issue with the tires, Continental would not cover them nor prorate them. Yet SOA stepped up and paid for all 4 mounted, balanced, and alignment for FREE! Now THAT is a customer friendly car company in a world of rip-offs! They have me for life! I'm getting 30 mpg town and 40 highway! AWD that's awesome!

This is one of the best all round car I?ve owned! I would recommend a wrx to anyone that is looking for a sedan that has the feel of a sports car.

In summer of 2020, we purchased a used convertible for my wife as a comforting gesture after working as a nurse in COVID ICU. Why wouldn't driving a convertible make one feel better? Unbeknownst to us and the dealer, the car had a major engine problem that proved to be catastrophic weeks after purchase. The repair insurance refused to pay the claim. We had the car towed 100 miles back to the dealership. Faulkner proved their integrity by applying the purchase price to another vehicle - a mint used Chevy Suburban. We are grateful to Irv, our salesman; Dawn from finance, and Mike and Brandon from the management team for their integrity and empathy for a healthcare hero. They orchestrated a great outcome to an unfortunate situation. The Chevy has run trouble-free. Thanks for everything.

I bought a 2010 legacy, with 209,000 on it and I've taken it on a couple of trips for over 5 hours a piece and it's a reliable and sturdy car, love the design as well, love subarus and I'm from Vermont so I consider AWD essential, doesn't ride like a tin can, would buy another one for sure.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I’ve had my share of crap with dealerships. I had the pleasure of working with a very patient knowledgeable salesman “John” at this location. He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I can’t say enough good things. There’s no dealership that could compare to carmax. This place met my expectations.

My only complaints are, it could use a little more power and a little less road noise. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my Subaru Forester Touring.

I love this car. It’s comfortable and gets great gas mileage. I love the Android Auto app. The sound system is perfect. I was able to get the color I wanted.

Other than normal maintenance & a few recalls, my limited edition Ascent has worked flawlessly, been safe & fun to drive & I have no complaints. This is my third Subaru (Legacy-Forester-Ascent) & they've all been good cars, each progressively better. I definitely recommend this car.

I had a manufacturer defect issue with a 2020 Accord Touring purchased on December 2021. Working with the Service Dept., I had the pleasure of dealing with my Service Advisor, Mike Jenkins. He handled my issue with courtesy and a calming personality. Putting me at ease and assuring me that the repair needed would be taken care of quickly and professionally. Mike kept me informed through the process and called me as soon as the repair was completed. The repairs were done near the end of the same day scheduled for the repair. However, I had a concern of being able to pick up my car before closing time. Mike stayed a few minutes beyond his shift to make sure I could get my car and was satisfied with the repair. Employees like Mike make you feel confident you are dealing with a reputable dealership. Thanks, Mike.

Fun, fast and fuel friendly (when not applying the first 2 adjectives :)) I have owned 3 Civic SIs before this WRX. Take the SIs + more power and AWD and you have a WRX for roughly the same price. Reliability> I put it a few ticks below the Honda (I don't see these going 200,000 + problem free miles as my previous Hondas), but I would still consider it reliable. Easy to maintain with the oil filter right on top. Looking forward to owning another Subi down the road.

This is a nice driving subaru of the subaru family.. this being my 11th used Subaru I'm familiar with subabilities, and I was skeptic about the CVT drivetrain, and their 1st generation problems, but just turning 11yrs old and 205k she just goes gracefully down the road,and that's whatever road you choose to drive!

A great car buying experience. We went in to look at a Hyundai Santa Fe and test drive it. What was unusual was that the Sales Consultant did not have to come with us. Although we did not choose that vehicle, we were able to look at other vehicles online in their inventory. They also let us know that if we saw something thing that was not at that lot they could bring it there from another location. We found a Kia Sorento right there which we test drove and liked much better. We purchased it the same day. The company was also accommodating in how we would pay for the vehicle. I really like the 2019 Subaru Ascent Limited. I only have a couple of problems. I get complaints from my teenage daughters that the third row seats are so uncomfortable. Not enough room they say. They love the room in my wife’s Honda Pilot more. Another thing that I could do without is the X-Term feature. I never use it and to use it you have to be going slow. I’m not taking my Ascent into the woods or driving in some desolate snowy terrain. Kind of seems useless for what a majority of drivers would really need, i.e. different driving modes instead (mud, snow, etc.)

I have a 1/3 mile driveway that climbs 400 feet from the street to my house. The Outback with good winter tires (I use Bridgestone Blizzaks) climbs this driveway with 10" of fresh snow on it like a mountain goat. And it's far better as a daily driver on summer days than anything else which would make that climb (4x4 pickup or a Jeep). 85K miles in six years and it's only been in the shop twice, once for a couple of recalls and once for a stuck power tailgate. One day and out both times. Only two gripes. With the 6 cyl mill the gas mileage is dismal, and the seats are too short for good thigh support (I believe they have improved the seats in the newer models)

The only car that ONLY comes with a six speed stick. Solid, powerful and fun. Incredible grip. Looks like a Toyota Corolla with a wing. Six pot Brembos have the best grip and modulation I’ve ever experienced!

Bought @Subaru dealership, had to add oil. Subaru has "Oil Consumption Test' free if under 100k miles. Mine failed, Subaru rebuilt the engine, for free.

We drove the car for 11 years & the only thing we did was change the oil/filter & replaced the tires. I believe there were three recalls. Two of which were air bags on the passenger side. Great vehicle with excellent mpg. One of the best cars that we've ever owned. We didn't purchase another one due to the tow capacity limit.

i`m sixty years old and have bought quite a few cars over the years and i have to say one of the best and smoothest purchases i have ever made. I would definetly recommend them, first off they provide the carfax so you can actually see the cars history from day of purchase to present day,that in itself takes all the guess work out of what you are getting. best of all is the customer service never seen two guys work so hard to make it all come together so effortlessly and answering all my question and addressing my concerns. hope this is my last car but if not I`ll definetly stop here first. I dealt with both brothers and would say either one your in good hands
