Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Great car. Great Price. No complaints. Just the right size for me, mainly for visibility. I've upgraded to more bells and whistles than I had before. Love the backup screen for parking. Love the miles per gallon at 32. The car has great pickup - just what you need when you need it.

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

The second service advisor that I had on my car repair took me in and worked hard to get my car repaired. She was very personable, professional, patient and caring. Kara is the person who gets things done.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

Purchased this car used in 2023. Right from the start had issues with the A/C compressor. It went out and I had it replaced with a used one to save a bit and it immediately went out again after a week. Mistakenly, I had an another used compressor put in and it proceeded to essentially blow up and damage my battery and belts. I guess there is an issue with the part for this model year. Otherwise I have not had any crazy issues other than regular maintenance costs. I absolutely love this car for its storage ability. It's small enough to handle city driving and small parking spots, but large enough to fit everything you need to carry. I fit all of my furniture and belongings in this car when moving. As for comfort, the heated seats are a great feature, however, I do find the seats gets quite uncomfortable after driving for more than a few hours. I drive this car back and forth to work daily and have no problem with its performance. Gets pretty good gas mileage for mostly city trips (24mpg). You can feel each and every bump that this car goes over, but it's not anything unbearable.

White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. Love the handling. The seats are stiff, heater air conditioning controls are hard to read at night. I leased the Imprezza hatchback and love that I can put the weekly groceries in the back and unload easily. Gas mileage is good for an all wheel drive vehicle. Next time I will lease the Crosstek as the Imprezza is to low to the ground.

I've had my 2019 Impreza Limited wagon for a little over three years now. In general, it's an excellent car for the price, with many safety and other features found only in cars costing much more. The Eyesight safety suite, Apple/Android Carplay, and Synchronized All Wheel Drive are the highlights. These are advanced systems but are easy to operate intuitively. Other nice features are driver visibility, quality fit and finish, and easy-to-see dash controls. It's a nice looking car but exterior styling is a little clunky. Other low points are a jerky CVT transmission, lower-than-estimated MPG (but still not bad) even with conservative driving, and very low front-end clearance. This is a sensible, not sporty car. If you want a zippy small car, this is not it. If you want an affordable AWD that's reliable, you can't do better.

got the car mid 2023 as a gift. it’s my first car and honestly, it’s amazing. doesn’t have anything too flashy, but gets me from point a to b. she’s super spacious, though my heated seats sometimes don’t work. the ac does break sometimes, but i love how fast the take off speed is :)

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

This car is fully loaded and had low mileage very comfortable ride beautiful interior everything you need in a daily driver it’s not a speedster but it will get you to where you going comfortably and in style I highly recommend this car.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic to check on issue that I was having with my vehicle. Lynese H. was my service advisor and did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process. I was initially planning to wait at the dealership, but when it became apparent that the techs would need a longer time, Lynese promptly arraigned shuttle service for me so that I could get a ride home. Lynese described all issues in an easy to understand manner and requested my approval before any repairs were made and expenses incurred. We had Subarus' before. A 2015 impresario, and a 2021 legacy, we traded the impreza for. We drove the legacy for about a year, and was never really happy with all the bells, and whistles, even though it would be great for someone who likes all those features. I have owned a lot of cars, and this 2023 Impreza is my favorite. It still has some hi tech stuff. But is basic enough for me to use everything on it. I would highly recommend this car without hesitation

Every time I go for my routine maintenance I always feel like a VIP. Fast courtesy service done in a timely manner. Car is washed. Feels like new again

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!
