Didn't want a larger car or SUV. This Legacy Sport holds a lot and rides SO much nicer. Is also quieter than SUV. Price is great for quality of car. Had a Subaru Legacy previously and drove it over 200,000 miles.
Stephen was very accommodating and helpful when helping my purchase my first vehicle. He took my budget into consideration, showed me all the options and found another option when one fell through. He was extremely responsive through text/email and was able to meet me at the dealership on his day off. He let me sit and think on a few options without pressure to buy. We have only had the car for a short while, but we love it. It is equipped with everything on it, and it is a joy to drive. Roomy and comfortable. Terrific trunk space you can get all your luggage in it with no problem. Feels solid and safe while driving long distances.
Jonny made the car buying experience welcoming and easy. He is so very personable and knowledgeable. He showed me all of the features and made sure I knew I could get back to him with questions. This new Legacy Sport is what you need! Styling to look better than what you've seen on the roads. All wheel drive to get you anywhere in any weather. The interior in the Sport level is very detail minded. Colors, accents, fit and feel. I would tell anyone who's thinking about one, go try it. You'll buy it.
Such a great experience! My sales representative even picked me up because i needed a ride and she stayed with me the entire visit to make sure i was taken care of. No haggle, no craziness and she got me the best rate. Alice was amazing
Buying a car from Shortline isn't like other dealerships I've worked with in the past. The entire team went out of their way to find the right car for us. We never felt pressured to make a decision. It was an enjoyable experience. Dan was awesome. He couldn't have been more helpful and dealt with our crying 10-month old for most of the test drive. I would 100% buy a car again from Dan.

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
Travis was amazing! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. The car we bought is amazing and we are looking forward to buying another car there in the future.

I would give this car a much higher rating but for one FATAL flaw--adults cannot fit in the back seat. the sides slope so far in where they meet the roof that no adult of any significant height can sit back there. my daughter is only 5'10" but her head hits the roof in back unless she tilts her head toward the middle. such a STUPID mistake. i wish i had test driven it with someone in the back seat. i would NOT have bought it. now it's only good for two adults in front and children in back.
Ryan Anderson from Chicago was very personable and knowledgable even for a make and model that he was not familiar with in a used Mazda. Couldn't have had a better experience!

I use to own a 1994 Subaru Legacy but lost it in a car accident. The car was totaled but all passengers were in fact! Safety is priority in these vehicles . After 18 years I was able to buy another Legacy. They are beautifully made, safe, reliable, and stylish! What more can you ask for?!?
Denis made the process very easy. We have now purchased two new Subaru’s with Denis and would not hesitate to go back. Great experience.

Headline says it all. The EyeSight system isn't superior to anything else I've seen. The infotainment system is the worst I've ever seen or used in a car - constantly freezes or glitches. The AWD is amazing.
Jamison was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the car very well. Did a great job demonstrating the features on a test drive. He was very helpful breaking down the financing and what was/wasn???t included.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!

The streering assist takes some getting used to. Also the smart cruise control again needs time to get used to. Lane assist is also another safety feature that can startle you a little till you get used to it. The vehicle it’s self seems well made and solid. I haven’t got enough time in it yet to really comment on the reliability.
I purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Tina. She was extremely understanding of my needs and situation. She was VERY knowledgeable on the car even though it's not one of their store's specialty brands. Her communication has been great, and she was no-pressure and allowed me the time I needed to make the decision. Jennifer in finance was wonderful as well. They installed a clear-bra for me and that came out wonderful.

Outstanding service. I was scheduled for a sound system upgrade. The job began on time. However, it was a bigger wiring job than anticipated. My service writer was outstanding. He provided me with a loaner car at no cost to me. The job was completed by late afternoon. I was very pleased with the installation. It all worked perfectly. I will definitely be back when it's time for a new Jeep. Probably in 2020.
Had a great experience at Groove, specifically because Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for... and put up with my countless model comparison questions (thank you!). I ended up with the 2019 Forester Limited and I could not be more satisfied. On multiple occasions Jordan ventured into the wintry mix with me (not ideal weather to browse vehicles) to help me fully understand differences in model trims and features. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various trims and package accessories which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He was also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jordan when you arrive.
