Bought brand new off the lot in January 2020 and I've put just under 20K miles into it so far. Here's what I've seen so far: Good: - AWD keeps you on the road in even the most slushy and icy conditions. Driven this car through a few snow storms and never had to worry about losing control. - The driving assist safety features work very well, definitely has saved me from a couple minor incidents. Also the adaptive cruise control has revolutionized long roadtrips and I'll absolutely never be able to go back - Interior looks fresh and clean, seats are very comfortable. I'm always surprised how much trunk space this car has, plus the folding back seat make transporting some bulkier items easy. Bad: - I absolutely despise the entertainment system. The huge touch screen is cool but it is sluggish and unreliable. Often the inputs will lag several seconds or not register at all, which sucks when you're trying to turn on the AC on a hot day or the heat in the winter. The worst part is that sometimes when you start the car up, the user interface software won't start correctly and will crash, disabling all of the vehicle's safety features. Usually this fixes itself with an automatic reboot but that often takes a couple minutes. Once or twice I've had to pull of the road, turn off the car and turn it on again to manually cycle power to the console interface. - There's absolutely no reason to buy the sport mode when the CVT is so sluggish. Paddle shifters seem like they're almost disconnected as the difference between the "gears" is so minimal. - No way to disable the auto start/stop system, have to hit the touchscreen button every time. Overall: - I'd still recommend this car since the good definitely outweighs the bad. It's a car that does a lot of things decently but nothing exceedingly well. If you want a sports sedan, get the WRX. If you want a car that can handle rough driving conditions, get the Outback. If you want something more akin to a luxury sedan, go up a trim level to the Limited XT CVT. If you want a car that does all these things but doesn't lean too hard into any of them, this is your pick.

I had the most delightful experience on 4/4/2023 at Genesis of Gaithersburg. In more than forty years of buying tens of cars from dealers, this group in Gaithersburg are in a special breed in their service. In Genesis of Gaithersburg, we were treated like royalty. I could write a PHD dissertation on Mr. Jaffar Chaudhry and Mr. P. Shrader and their excellent service. The deal on the new car was concluded in less than thirty minutes. Then came the most interesting aspect, Mr. Jaffar spent another thirty minutes PATIENTLY with us going over the features in the car (which was a ton of it). I am sure he must have gone to the factory in South Korea to learn all about the car’s features. The final delightful part was taking us on a tour the service facilities and introduced us to the Mr. Matt Mills. He equally welcomed us with open arms and smiles along with tons of explanation on how the facility works and their availability to keep the car well. I am sold on this experience. This facility will be my home for all future car purchases. Thank you again for this experience.

I will only be using the car on the weekends, as i have a City van for work! Just need a car for shopping and other events. This will be perfect for short trips in the area.

The 2021 Legacy is improved comfort riding, leg room, the dashboard is digitalized at greater extend. the Charcoal gray color is awesome, looks very elegant. I like the new wheel design and interior changes that add a luxury look that my 2019 did not have.

Bought 2013 Legacy 2.5 premium in early 2014 with approximately 9k miles. Now has 88k and other than routine maintenance no other issues. It has been and remains one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. That includes a few BMW’s and Mercedes. Great all year round especially in the winter. Will definitely consider another Subaru if this one ever xxxxxx. Hoping not

I went to this dealership over the weekend. The guy who I had an appointment with was Jacob Jay. He was extremely helpful. It was my first Audi car to own and I wanted to look at the q7s inventory with a premium package and he explained everything in detail. I was also able to test drive two types q7s with him. He showed me every feature of the package. I had a great experience negotiating with the management and finance department as well. Overall, I left the dealership happy with the service and with a nice, comfortable, and smooth Audi Q7 55.

I drive eighty miles round trip to work. My Legacy is quiet, comfortable and the Eye Sight is great! I’m safe and secure knowing my Subaru has my back. I’d like better mpg but at 32 on average I guess I shouldn’t complain. Love my Subie!

I had an excellent experience with Audi Bethesda, the dealership, in particular with Jacob Jay, who gives you honest answers and tries his best to make things work. I had worked with him in my previous Audi and he continues to excel.

My third Subaru and like the others is attractive and roomy enough to fit 5. I've hauled 8ft boards inside with the doors/trunk closed (only an Outback would hold more). The (now sadly discontinued) 6-cyl engine has about 51000 miles now and is smooth and sounds better than a four. Fuel economy is decent and, on regular gas, averages in the low 20s. It has all the 'nannies' which make driving safer for me. I just love looking at my car which is important to me. This one's a keeper!

My husband initially gave a lot of pushback when I told him this was "the car for me". His car broke down just before a planned long-distance trip, so he had to take his turn behind the wheel of my Subaru. Every wife loves to hear " You were right"! It handled ice, snow and everything else with ease plus great MPG!

Checked in immediately by Henry and car taken for service. Luis Prada made sure that the recall procedure was done promptly and efficiently and provided me with a loaner vehicle for the few hours to procedure took. Luis called me when the car was ready and it was returned washed and cleaned. There was no way Luis could have provided better service...that is why I continue to service my vehicles at Herb Gordon and buy my new ones there. Service counts. I can buy a Subaru multiple places but Herb Gordon (in this case Luis Prada) service excels.

The Ride is far better than the 2018 Legacy, the Turbo 4cyl with 260 HP makes a big difference when merging from an on ramp to major highway. The safety equipment is amazing. Subaru somehow built in shift points to the CVT. That along with the paddle shifters help the car perform more like a standard shift. The interior is much like a luxury vehicle. Fantastic comfy Nappa leather seating is first rate.
