I recently had the tire pressure light on in my Camry. I Contacted Chuck Colamarino & explained. He squeezed me in for a tire pressure check. I had an appointment the next day at the University of Pennsylvania for breast cancer radiation therapy. I was in an accident 25 yrs ago on top of the Walt Whitman bridge which I sustained multiple injuries which were traumatic. Upon Inspection there were screws & metal debris in my tire that required replacement The car was also checked for safety for my travel. Chuck was kind, caring,friendly courteous & professional The customer service was excellent. Woman offered me a Toyota breast cancer support for my car but I already have one. I would Chuck & this dealership to everyone. I told everyone about this life saving experience.

Talk about a sleek car with available iSight camera system that helps ensure the safety of everyone in the vehicle. Comes with adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist. Automatic braking to avoid front end collion. Reverse camera with automatic braking and sensors to alert you of oncoming objects usually not in your immediate view when reversing. The day time running lamps are the sharpest looking thing on the road, I prefer them over my BMW LED day time running lamps. In terms of comfort you have all premium leather heated seats with a wood grain front panel that gives off a modern style. Steering wheel paddle shifters with AWD give you superb control. Keyless entry and push to start engine means you can quickly get in and go! Has the new shark fin antenna that flows with the vehicle. Bought it new in Oct 2011, fantastic in snow, I live in a hilly area of PA and still get 28 mpg local and 33 mpg on trips, only issue I had with it was had to replace front wheel bearing, which i did myself. Takata air bag issue was fixed promptly by dealer, very satisfied with car and dealer, Minooka Subaru Moosic PA.

I had been searching for weeks to find the right car and Active Auto Sales had it. My experience started before I set foot on the lot where I had found it on TrueCar. The sales team reached out to me about coming to see and test drive it via email. I ended up calling them to say I would be there the next day to check it out. Upon arriving the 2009 Jeep Patriot was sitting front row as it was a gem. 59k miles for $7995. My wife and I walked in to be greeted by Rick Cherry. He got us with one of the sales team, Lew. He took us out got the car started and told us the story of how it ended up on the lot. I was impressed by how clean it was in and out. We took for a quick test drive around the block and I was sold. We made an offer just under listing and they were happy to accommodate that price.The finalization process for the sale was a breeze. Being that we had just purchased a new home that day, our address and insurance need to be updated. Lew got me set up on a computer to update all my information and got our insurance info faxed over. The only hiccup we had was with the purchase being so large my card was flagged but with that being said that was on me than the Rick and Lew. While the the final paperwork was being dealt with, the car was sent out for a final detailing. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Friendly and personable staff, and unbeatable prices. I would recommend Active Auto to family and friends any day.

Miller Ford has been the best Ford dealership I have ever done business with. Have been a loyal Ford customer since 1974, and have dealt with many Ford dealerships. Everyone at Miller Ford was kind, courteous and went out of their way to please. Especially our salesperson Randy Taft. Randy went out of his way to ensure the deal we made was the very best. My Wife and I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Randy answered all our questions and if we asked a question he did not have the answer to, he found the answer for us. It was well worth the extra 2 hour drive to do business with Miller Ford (even though there is another Ford dealership only 10 minutes from my home.) The condition our new vehicle was presented in was awesome. It was quite apparent that Miller Ford strives to make their customers happy and it shows. I love this car!! Never having owned or been in a Subaru before, i have always loved the idea of full time All Wheel Drive!! This car delivers on that, the handling in snow, rain or even dry road conditions is way different from other vehicles and you can feel it while steering! The interior is amazing, layed out with enough room to feel comfortable, in all seats...even in the back (others have told me.) The layout of controls and the general interface of the car is great, once situated, you will feel comfortable with everything within reach!! Always being at the top of the game in safety, i feel more then relaxed in my Subaru!! Knowning that i can pretty much handle anything that might happen, from possible hazardous drivers or road conditions. Always wanting a Subaru and finally getting one, has made driving a completely different experience...i have used this car several times to travel long distances and it is amazingly comfortable, with the lumbar support the seats provide, as well as general comfort of the leather seats. Excellent car all around!!!

I like the Legacy and it’s safety features. It was comfortable and roomy. AWD was good in snow and easy to drive. It also has some nice features like the Bluetooth, a CD player and cruise control. Backup camera was also a plus.

Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.

I drove this 15 Legacy Premium for a year now, bought it certified used, with 60000 miles on it, I put 20000 in one year and had 3 major brake downs with the car: 1) oil seals were leaking and needed replaced 2) transmission valve body needed replacement Both luckily were covered by warranty 3) starter was loose and needed to be re tighten that was not covered by warranty Other than that the car does give good gas mileage, drives well, and has good features. I’m glad I had the certified used but I can’t imagine buying this car with no warranty

bought my 2009 limited pzev 2.5i with 23k, one owner. I broke 4 wheel bearings, 2 cats (recalled), the radiator, and an oil sensor. there were 9 recalls which is a bit sketchy. I bought the car as a test really - to see if subaru's really are unbreakable, reliable, and cheap to maintain...im not exactly disappointed... the car currently has 160k of HARD miles. I purposely put a beating on this thing. I tried to get it stuck in deep snow and NOT ONCE would it get stuck. every morning hot or cold it turns right over. engine light came on one time at 150k for an oil pressure sensor ($120), but that's it. the drive train feels invincible - I literally cant break it - I see another 160k added with ease. as for reliability - anything that broke was my fault, or recalled. I think the front end is ugly, its a little long for a car, and everything about it is incredibly basic, but for an overall review I can honestly say this car is great. a little expensive for the basic features, wish I got the GT, but as reliable as they say Subaru's are. 11/10 in terms of mechanics and reliability.

Dear Mr. Glanzmann, We, Alex and Marina Vishnevsky, would like to share with you our great experience with Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown. We live almost across the street from the dealership. In 1998 we decided to lease our first Subaru and, of course, we visited your dealership first. However, it was not a very pleasant experience because people there were not friendly to us, and we had to find another dealership. When our lease had expired, we came again to your dealership. Unfortunately, after 3 years, the story repeated again. Since we are fans of Subaru, we have a new lease every 3 years. Before 2014, we got three Foresters and one Outback. In 2014, we had to lease a new car and we decided to try your dealership one more time. We were really surprised! The entire atmosphere there was completely different: sales consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. We remember that in the middle of our conversation with a consultant, Robe Shintaku (sales manager) came to us. He asked a few questions about the options we would like to have in our new lease, and then he went to check out our car. In 15-20 minutes, he came back with an excellent offer. We could not believe this is the same place: this team completely changed the business for better. We remember final part of our business ??? it was a very pleasant meeting with Gary Segal. Three years passed quickly. Several weeks ago, without any scheduled appointment, we came to Glanzmann Subaru again to get our Subaru #6! Our sales consultant was a very nice young man Scott Fields. We began our conversation and suddenly we saw Rob Shintaku. He came to us and after a short pause, he said, ???Are you Vishnevsky? Sorry, I don???t remember your first names???. We were completely shocked ??? after three years, he remembered our last name. It is impossible, especially with the last name like ???Vishnevsky???. All procedure took no more than 20 minutes: we got an excellent deal; by our request, Rob promised to add several features to our new Outback. In a week we got a beautiful Subaru #6! Dear Mr. Glanzmann, we would like to thank you and your fantastic team for an excellent service and understanding of client???s needs, being professional and courteous and willing to satisfy a client. My Forester would not start on Friday night , 9-21-18. I was 25 miles from home and I called the Subaru Roadside Assistance. The Operator was wonderful and we made arrangements to have my car towed Saturday at 8:30 am, when the Glanzmann Service Department would be open. Eric Wilson meet the tow truck driver at the dealership and called me to reassure me that my car had arrived and that the technicians would evaluate the problem. I received a call on Monday at 8:30 am from Eric who informed me that the problem was the alternator. My car was repaired and ready to go be 10:30 am on Monday. How fabulous is that turnaround time? Thank you Eric and Stephanie for the EXCELLENT service and keeping me informed. Also, kudos to Nick in Service who also helps me with the phone system in my Crosstrek, since I am a major technophobe!
Engine and mileage troubles

It's a pretty little car. I got the white. It does have excellent outboard visibility which was important to me . The seats are comfortable and I wanted it for the safety ranking, the AWD and the visibility all of which are as promised. It is the smallest car I've had in 40 years but has room for what I need at my age. However it did not get better than 19 mpg city and highway and they had to put a new engine in it. Now it is averaging 24 and can get 32 on the hwy in favorable conditions. I like the heated sets on the lowest setting and am happy to have the back up camera although it is nearly useless after dark-very blurry. I think it accelerates fast enough. I am not happy to not have retained auxiliary power which I thought was standard on something at this price : $26,0000. It is a huge nuisance to have to turn the car back on to close the sunroof or roll a window up or down, The sound system is horribly overcomplicated. Too many unneeded warning indicators which are pretty tiny and take research to figure out.I like the driver info center. I'm getting older and would prefer a car with fewer rather than more features. I had to search hard to find one with a compass , which I still find useful and essential but it is placed-way up in a corner of the rearview mirror. Should be on the dash somewhere to be really useful. The salesforce and the mechanics are very responsive and the car is generally well made. They fixed the engine without complaint. So they get points for that. I just think it is complicated in ways that are not helpful.

Now, I've been serviced by plenty of car salesmen in my time. Been to Nissan, been to ford, but I've never been serviced as thoroughly until I went to Nick at Toyota. Nick's ability to service me is second to none. Walk in the front door...serviced. In the lot...serviced. While on a test drive...serviced. He know exactly when to just put his money where is mouth is and service me. Usually I'm a hard sell, but with Nick I was ready to erupt from excitement after just a few minutes of him servicing me. So anyone out there looking to be serviced, call Nick. Oh, and he's good at selling cars too.

I really enjoy almost everything about the car. It drives well, good features, good mileage for AWD. I wish the body was not so low to the ground ( easy to scrape on curbs etc ) but I want a sedan and it seems all sedans now are low like this one nowadays.

In spite of construction, everyone was helpful and friendly. A very positive experience. Especially happy with sales person Jeanette Prestia. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all of my questions. She also went above and beyond when she removed our Eagles plate and installed it on our new car!!👏👏

This car meet all my needs. All wheel drive is so important for us living in Midwest where lots of snow in winter. I am a new driver and AWD help me to drive more stablely. And it’s cheap in AWD cars

Does the end justify the means? Definitely not! That said, my ultimate experience with Rafferty was both enormously gratifying and also, for better or worse, just as upsetting at the beginning. The first half of that remark is for the dealership; the latter for my fellow consumers. However, both parties could benefit tremendously by considering the last-minute, Hail Mary, work-a-round I accidentally ended up applying Without naming names I'll just say that sales reps - within every industry, and just like us - have both good and bad days. The corresponding features of each can have a profound effect on one's level of focus, will, energy, helpfulness, determination, interest, caring, etc, etc, etc. If you were a rep wanting to win an award for salesperson of the year you'd better be on the positive side of those traits. If you are a consumer, however, and purely by chance happen to find yourself dealing with a "bad day" rep, don't blame the dealership. Rather, hang up, call back and specifically request a different person. That's what I did - but ONLY after five days of steaming over what happened during my first attempt. On the fifth day I was actually in the process of wiring money to a different dealer for a car I decided I could probably live with when suddenly the internet went down. Everything stopped. I thought for a moment, picked up the phone and followed the above advice. The outcome? I was paired with a rep with whom I was able to connect genuinely, and ended up getting the car of my dreams. The moral: Neither steam nor groan, Unless flawless you've been shown. Realize that dealerships keep multiple reps on hand for the express purpose of compensating for the daily allotment of "bad day" reps who, for the sake of all, would have done far better to call in sick.

I finally had an easy hassle free car buying experience. I have owned a few Subaru's and had about 4 months left on my lease. I thought it was time to begin checking out new cars. I have never dealt with Rafferty in the past but they had the most inventory in my area so I thought I would check it out. I started emails with Jessica, the internet rep. We already discussed pricing for the make and model I was interested in before I walked into the dealership. I walked into the dealership at 9:30am and drove off the lot in a new vehicle by noon. My sales rep Steve Heck was friendly personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. There wasn't the usual phony haggling that I have encountered at other dealerships. I had already researched the fair market price for this vehicle with options and Steve came back with a figure that was right in the sweet spot. The Finance portion with Jim McDonald was fast and efficient. I have previously sat for over an hour going through paperwork. I was done in 10 minutes. Jim answered my questions when I had them and we moved through the mountains of paperwork effortlessly. The car got detailed and Keith walked me through all the electronics and operations. It was a pleasure dealing with Steve and the rest of the staff at Rafferty. Don't let the construction going on keep you from visiting the dealership. Yes its a bit of chaos but out of the 6 new cars I have purchased over my lifetime, this is the first experience that wasn't a painful drawn out ordeal that took all day. Oh and so far, I love the car

I had not purchased from Rafferty in the past, but had been bringing both my Subarus to them for service for several years, and their Service Department is excellent. I was dropping off my WRX and thought I'd see if they had a new model in stock "just to check out". I was introduced to Ben Weyant and after an honestly enjoyable hour or so I was leaving in a 2018 WRX in the exact color and with the specific package I wanted! It really was that easy. And "enjoyable" is not hyperbole! Ben is one of the nicest people I've met in a in long time, he made the whole experience truly pain-free! I highly recommend Ben (and all the staff) at Rafferty Subaru!
Good car but many distraction dangers

Unless you like to stay up at night reading your Subaru Legacy manual, you may never get the hang of this car. We lease it. Really hard to figure out the settings for window operations, radio, air conditioner (but NO heater), headlight setting, door functions (which doors you gotta open first in order to open other doors), how to get the darn trunk open. So many things. Overr-designed. Too much dashboard disboard distraction. Plus, you can never leave the radio on and open the door (buzzers go off). One must leave the engine on if you want to listen to the radio, open or close a window. I've always had Sirius in previous cars and had no difficulties. Legacy radio display is horrifically complex. Hard to set favorites. Worst of all, you cannot readily know when you are out of gas. My old Volvo used to give me a digital readout on how many miles were left before I'd run out of gas. Really helped me gauge when to stop and refuel. In the Legacy, you can read the meter and think you're okay and then suddenly you see the Orange alert. I tend tonot kno get nervous not knowing approximately how many miles I can drive before I run out completely. In short, the Subaru drives very well, looks pretty good, but is not designed to be user friendly. If you don't like reading manuals in order to listen to a car radio, you'll be irritated often. And the temptation to try to figure these things out WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING is a danger that absolutely must be avoided. I'd love to have a talk with the dashboard designer!
