This is a full service dealership from front to back end. Professional, honest dealings and great follow up by the sales managers. If you are going to buy an Acura, this is the ONLY dealership to work with. I've had two leases from this dealer. You can rely on excellent service, and professional care.
I had spoken with Frank Lajoie on the phone prior to going into the dealership. I felt comfortable with our no-pressure discussion. It was nice to have my questions answered without having to go through a high-pressure conversation. Everyone was friendly when I walked into the dealership; I asked for Frank, and he was very welcoming. I was looking for a Forester Premium with no extra bells and whistles, and he respected that, unlike other sales people at other Subaru dealerships. He did not try to talk me into an upgraded trim package. The best part was that he directed me to a new 2018 Outback with a lower purchase price and much lower finance rate than the 2019 Forester. Success! I now have an Outback for a much lower monthly payment than the Forester. Frank was wonderful to work with! He is very funny and personable, and I truly appreciate the no-pressure experience. Tom Liddle was also great to work with in the finance area. He explained everything and answered my questions. We also had a fun discussion about his family and pets! I would highly recommend North End for a pleasant shopping experience.

Thank you to the Service Department at Village Subaru! The battery in my 2010 Outback started to fail. I called Village Subaru and asked if they could verify what the problem was. I dropped it off, and they replaced the battery for me that afternoon. They went above & beyond for me. I highly recommend the Service Department. Way to go, Service people!

Just bought a used 2013 Impreza from the North Reading Subaru. Dwight was our salesperson and the whole process was very smooth. We got a good deal and it wasn't at all frustrating as some of my previous car buying experiences have been. This is the second car I've bought there and I would definitely recommend them.

Granite Subaru and Art were a pleasure to deal with. Art took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle I was interested in and took me on a fantastic test drive. When it came time to make the purchase, Art went out of his way to acquire the model in the exact color and configuration I wanted. Way to go!

It is very obvious that Art is a seasoned salesperson, by the way he deals with potential customers. He listened to my needs and priorities in purchasing a vehicle. He was particularly accommodating in working with me to get my car registered with plates in a timely fashion. He generously offered his cell phone number indicating that I could call him with questions, any time of day, which I did. Now that I received my car, I intend do go through the user manual. We have a tentative session for follow-up questions. After discussions regarding vacation use, he offered to go through aspects of the car with my sister at the dealership, as she will be using my vehicle during ou summer vacation. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND expectations of a salesperson!

I knew what I was looking for, so I didn't need to be sold. They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. No trade, straight up deal on a CPO Outback. I would certainly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used Subaru.
I initially found a better deal at a different dealership but I decided to go with Art because of his amazing customer service! He, along with the other Granite employees, worked with me to get the exact car I wanted at an amazing price!
