DJ @ WestHerr, Greece, was 1 of 6 different salesmen from SYR to ROCH that I tried to work with during my recent "car replacement" process. An unfortunate accident was 100% the other man's fault. No serious injuries. According to the other insurance company my very well maintained and documented Subaru wasn't nearly worth the $ amount that it was to me due to high milage. This forced me into an uncomfortable and financially unprepared situation. Many salesmen were good, 1 wasn't (VB) and DJ (WestHerr) was very assertive about what I was looking for and what I could afford. He stuck with my thought process as if we were family, explaining anything. Last minute things popped up and "Pivot", he just took it and ran with it! This young man is going to go far in his career as long as he remembers to just 'take a breath'! I liked working with him! He is very genuine in his process. The other older salesmen (VB), with the attitude where they had the same Make and Model vehicle, lost my business. I drove the vehicle home today feeling happy and relieved with my sun roof open! 😎 I would buy from DJ again. He is still working to take care of a last minute issue- he promised that he would make it happen within the next week and I have no doubt that he will do what he says. Not all young people have a poor work ethic. He did an excellent job as far as I'm concerned. Thank you DJ Conners. 👍👍
2024 Subaru Outback review
This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.
