Very well accessorized. Really too many bells and whistles for my need.
Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
The gm Pete was fantastic great customer service and willing to do as much as you possibly can to help the customer with the right deal with the right car. Angela Adams is the best Shields person I've ever dealt with she's professional and down-to-earth person very comfortable to talk to and will do anything to help to get you into the right car she was so good her and Pete that I brought my mom in and they helped her get a car. If you're looking for a car speak to Angela Adams she is the best sales associate ever met.
Avoid the 2013 Outback.

Prepare to replace random bulbs monthly due to undiagnosable electrical issue.
Prepare to have CVT transmission warranty work if under 100K miles OR tough luck after extended warranty expires.
Prepare to have oil usage warranty work up to 100k miles or tough luck after extended warranty expires.
Customer service through Subaru is hit and miss.
Don’t buy the ’Love’ hype.
When it comes to reliability and customer service, it’s closer to Chevy than Honda.
The handling in poor road conditions is superior, but this generation Outback lacks dependability.
Timely and professional, would not go any place else. Even bought my Subaru there because I was treated so well when I brought in my son’s Subaru for repair. I always recommend them to people I know.

It met all my expectations! I absolutely love it! The ride is so comfortable for the driver and riders. The heated seats are perfect for this weather. I have nothing negative to say. I just wish I could have purchased a new one!

I don't even live in New Hampshire state. I was visiting a friend of mine, for a birthday party & since I was in the market for a Accord ; my friend suggested we take a quick look at the dealership that was just two miles from his place. I was greeted by one of the managers & handed over to Mike. From the beginning he was very open about the pricing & what he can sell the car for. The fact of the matter is he called on the phone another dealer I had seen earlier, to compare the charges with me listing in, never seen anyone do that before. I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited. So far, so good. The car drives very nicely and the interior is very comfortable. Also, the car sits at a great height -- very easy to get in and out of the car and great visibility from the driver seat. The 3.6R Limited and 3.6R Touring are essentially luxury off-road vehicles for reasonable prices. No complaints here!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
Simply the best, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, my local dealer in Haverhill, will not service my Volvo, and it's so worth the drive to Exeter Volvo to avoid them, look no further, this dealer in number one , a pleasure to deal with !!!

I Love this car! I have looked for a Subaru Outback for almost 2 years and finally found the car I wanted! I have only had it a few days, but I am so happy with it already. I LOVE my heated seats, they come in handy in this cold weather. My visibility is awesome. I sit a bit higher than my last car and have no problem seeing clearly out of every window. The back-up camera comes in handy in those tight spots too! This vehicle handles like a dream! The AWD will come in handy when I am traveling for work also. I highly recommend a Subaru to anyone looking for a good, solid, reliable car.

I feel they gave me a fair price, but hey you always want more!! I priced at a few dealers and they were by far the best to deal with. One dealer said (as I was leaving) they would give me another $2,000 if I purchased by the end of the day-do NOT like that stuff.

First time owner of a Subaru, but I had heard they were safe and reliable. Purchased a 2016 used Outback. I love everything about it, and I love the customer service by Subaru and the local dealership. Plus, one of the safest cars on the road. I love the driving experience.
Thanks Exeter Subaru for the best customer service. Finding your first car is not an easy task and I thought that it was going to take me longer but thanks to Hannah Fowler she made this the best and smooth experience for my family. I will definitely continue with the Exeter Subaru family for a long time.

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.
I had spoken with Frank Lajoie on the phone prior to going into the dealership. I felt comfortable with our no-pressure discussion. It was nice to have my questions answered without having to go through a high-pressure conversation. Everyone was friendly when I walked into the dealership; I asked for Frank, and he was very welcoming. I was looking for a Forester Premium with no extra bells and whistles, and he respected that, unlike other sales people at other Subaru dealerships. He did not try to talk me into an upgraded trim package. The best part was that he directed me to a new 2018 Outback with a lower purchase price and much lower finance rate than the 2019 Forester. Success! I now have an Outback for a much lower monthly payment than the Forester. Frank was wonderful to work with! He is very funny and personable, and I truly appreciate the no-pressure experience. Tom Liddle was also great to work with in the finance area. He explained everything and answered my questions. We also had a fun discussion about his family and pets! I would highly recommend North End for a pleasant shopping experience.

I drove my Pearl across the country from California to Tampa Florida, with no issues! Dependable/reliable and durable. Pearl was love at first site and thanks to the folks at Capitol Subaru, California I was able to finance my Subaru, with not stellar credit they helped. Now my car is fully paid for and I love my Outback. I got my son to buy his own 2016 Subaru!
You will never leave the service department disappointed; you will always leave with a smile on your face; and your vehicle fixed the way it should be in no time. I have been to other Service Departments and this is by far the best one.

Owned the car for a short time so cannot comment on longevity of reliability. However, the Outback is a practical and versatile vehicle, comfortable and reasonable on fuel. Few gripes include, no mirror link to connect to android, which seems like a total waste of a big screen to not be able to mirror google maps or waze, and starlink is useless. No LED daytime lights, but side lights are LED, odd setup. Noisy upon start up, sounds like a diesel. Stock battery is underpowered and sluggish in cold weather. Good points are, comfortable on the highway with low road noise and reasonable pick up, feels safe and solid. Lots of interior cargo space and option of extra roof space with the convenience of built in roof bars. Moonroof and heated seats are also a nice option. Back up camera is good but would have liked rear sensors as the car is quite long. Pleased with the car and hopefully it will prove to be a reliable vehicle in the long run.
Excellent service, no pressure, very detailed information, you feel right at home working with everyone.
I would recommend North End for Mazda or Subaru, Ive had both and the service is great!

Just purchased this car but I can tell you it rides smoothly and is comfortable. Just learning about all the improvements to cars since our last car purchase but it looks harder than it is. Looking forward to driving this car for years to come.
My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. Mark Atkinson did a great job of checking in to see what I was looking for in a new car and delivered. The process was easy and they walked me through every step, which was very helpful. This was a friendly welcoming environment and I would recommend a friend there anytime. Also, Greg was helpful in explaining the features the car had to offer. The 2019 Subaru Outback is a joy to drive; beautiful leather interior; roomy. I love the heated front and back seats and the smoothness of the drive!
I went to north end Mazda to browse and met Mark Atkinson, he was friendly, knowledgable, and honest. I decided to purchase and he made the car buying experience the best I have EVER had. I am very happy with my 2014 Outback. My previous 2013 Outback saved my life when I was T-boned by a large pickup truck that ran a red light. I was able to climb out of the car and walk away but sadly the car was a total loss. I think a different car might not have been sturdy enough to protect me so well. I immediately replaced it with the same car but the newer year. I also love the comfortable seats, the smooth ride and the fun Nav features. I’m a Subaru fan for life.

Comfortable ride,love the adjustable seat that fits me perfectly. Very quiet. Every amenity you could possibly need. Safety features sold me on this vehicle. Sound system is great.
