We were greeted by friendly staff, directed to the salesman with whom we had previously spoken on the telephone. He was professional and answered all our questions. The type vehicle we inquired about was available so we were able to make a purchase on the first visit.
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
My family and I recently purchased a new 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer at this dealership. The process was extremely easy thanks to the helpful staff. They were very kind and patient as we worked out the details on the purchase, even staying a little after hours to make sure everything was in order (and for me to debate between two different car colors.) I had originally intended on purchasing a used 2014 model, but they gave us a fantastic deal on the new 2015 model with much lower interest rates on the financing and a lower overall price than I would have paid for the same car at many other locations. The dealership itself was very tidy and clean with an air of professionalism. Their website was also easy to navigate to locate specific information about the cars I was interested in, and when I made an inquiry about one of the cars, one of the staff members promptly responded to me in an email with more info. Overall, I'd say this was one of the best experiences my family and I have had with a car dealership. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone else looking for a quality Subaru or Mitsubishi vehicle.
