Imprecise steering, especially bad at highway speeds, needs constant correction. Stiff, at times jarring ride around town. Awful entertainment system, radio and navigation cannot be turned off only turned down until car is restarted. Ready to cancel lease and walk away from $3000 down payment less than 2 months into lease.
I had an excellent journey throughout the purchase of my new Jeep Compass. I had the opportunity to work with Robin through email and texting to seal the deal. She was great to work with. She was not working the only day I could make the 2 hour trip, so she handed off all the documents of the deal to another salesperson, Jason. Upon arrival at the facility, Jason met me before I could get to the building. He was also great. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He was certainly a live wire. Keep me in conversation the whole time. I was in and on the road within 2 hours. Great deal.

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
We recently made an appointment at Wallace Kia to discuss trading in our vehicle. Andrew Meyer went above and beyond to help us purchase our first brand new car!! We drove off the lot with our new 2018 Kia Sorento that day! He listened to our questions and requests and did not push us into anything we didn’t want. This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.
This car is meeting all of my needs, with only a few minor tweaks needed from initial purchase - and the seller (a dealer) has been fair, friendly, and open to offering good service packages to accompany sale. Glad I found them through Cars.com filtering options.

We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Drives like a dream. Can be a daily driver, and a nice calm ride. Also can have fun, and not beat on the car. Just fun, safe, and solid car. It's price point is really aggressive, for the quality of this cars performance. Interior is not "luxury", but the driving experience is amazing.
We received excellent care. They worked with us and got us the payments we could afford and we left with a new Mitsubishi Outlander. Wasnt really planning on buying. We just went to look but left with a new car.

My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
We experienced no problems while deciding on a car to meet our needs. Our sales person was eager to answer any questions that we had and explain any differences. All the different departments were quick and efficient to work with. The dealership provided a good and informative overview of their operation for all departments and benefits available to their customers. Great people to do business with.

I love my car! The sport version is perfect and has everything for a great drive, without too many bells and whistles. Nothing beeps at me when I'm reversing, leather seats are comfortable and heated and it's the perfect size to fit almost anything (including a xmas tree!). My only gripe is how slow it is to pick up when you put your foot down - this response could be improved. Would buy another one.
NO Pressure Sales Pitch. Very Relaxed procedure. Derrick Ilgnor was a very knowledgeable Salesman. I would Recommend this Dealership to everyone in the market for a car or truck.

This is a great in town and off road vehicle. It seats 4 comfortably and 5 in a pinch. The visibility and ease of entry and exit are great. Highly reliable and low maintenance costs. I wish it were a little larger but I shouldn't complain as I bought it partly because its gas mileage is good - ~30mpg.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!

I can’t believe this car is so cheap. I thought about buying one for 18 years but just never got around to driving one till last month. I had been shopping for a new Volvo V90 R Design T6 but was afraid I’d miss the manual transmission. So, I took my wife’s advice, drove 90 miles away to a Subaru dealer and was hooked as soon as I cranked it. Seriously.
I’m a realtor, so I drive a lot. This car puts a smile on my face every time I get in it.

I owned a 2013 frs new for 5+ yrs and loved it. Now I wanted to upgrade so I narrowed to 2 cars wrx sport and audi S3 and decided on wrx cause of cost to repair vs S3 and purchase price and resale value.
I was unsure of the Colorado, but soon realized this was the vehicle for me. Doyle was there when I needed the assistance from the moment we shook hands to when I drove off the Bill Gatton lot with my newly purchased truck! It was great deal and the service was spot on aside from the knowledge of vehicles; Doyle feels like that buddy that'll piggyback you to the end. Overall highly satisfied with this place and will return for my next vehicle.

I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
