I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. 2025 Subaru Forester review
Bought this car and took off for a 2000miles trip so learned along the way, Not a speed demon but enough to get into traffic and gas mileage is great...over 30 on highway. my only complaint was I couldn't see during a bad storm because the center screen was so bright it was blinding me and had to turn it off. I have over 15000miles on it and owned for over a year and I would buy another one,

2017 Subaru Outback review
I went from owning a 2003 Monte Carlo SS to a 2017 Subaru Outback. It was worth every penny. My Subaru is not only reliable, functional, and cute; it also saved me from being injured in a bad crash. This past fall a six point buck hit my car head on and I never saw it coming. It was a fatal crash for the deer, but not for me. As heartbroken as I was to see my car crumpled on the front, I was so glad it wasn't me. It was a repairable fix and made me really appreciate my car.

I've had trouble at other dealerships giving a huge sales pitch on their dealer-added features like nitrogen tires, paint protection, etc. While this dealership does offer these things and the staff do let you know these features exist, they have no problem if you say you aren't interested in it. This dealer also doesn't add an arbitrary markup and gives a fair OTD price for their vehicles. I felt comfortable and welcome at this dealership and that's rare considering that I think of dealerships as hostile environments.
2019 Subaru Outback review
I am in my seventies and didn't want to buy new so i I looked at over twenty used vehicles during my search. This Subaru Outback was the best driving vehicle of all that I tried. 2021 Subaru Ascent review
7th Subaru for this Alaskan. This is the best I’ve ever had. Bought the Touring edition, new, & still blown away by the rig. Tested out with a cross country camping trip & comfort, adaptability, utilities, dependability - all a 5. Took a tent, but not even needed, w/firm foam to create a level, comfy bed area. Now I get why my cousin tried to replace his Ascent Touring with a Lincoln Navigator. Ended up selling the Nav to go back to an Ascent Touring. The first Sub I’ve had that Dad proclaimed ‘comfortable’ and ‘perfect’. I chose the Captains chairs for the 2nd seat, and passengers have loved the comfort & their view, as well as their controls, drink holders, etc. I love the options to simply control everything. Almost killed by a drunk driver long ago, I keep a very close eye on everything around me. Visibility in this rig is mind blowing. And that’s on top of all the cameras that monitor what’s happening. Safety features are perfect. Like listening to music, radio, podcasts? Sound in the Touring edition is heavenly. Very, very impressed with this rig.

2017 Subaru Forester review
The Forester is a great value. It is roomy yet extremely nimble. Our average fuel economy is 30mpg with plenty of power. It has great visibility with no blind spots. The all wheel drive works well. It is great when you have to drive in bad weather. My only complaint is dealership service costs seem high, even for routine services. Independent garages have more reasonable costs. There have been no major repairs needed on our Subaru. We were a Honda family ( 20+ yrs) so changing to the Subaru was a big deal. We were not disappointed.

The dealership apparently has a new policy of charging an additional 2% for credit card transactions. In and of itself, this policy is inconvenient and inconsistent with standard business practices of a large corporation. To make matters worse, they have an additional (and unwritten) policy of requiring exact change for cash transaction. So, when I went to pay in cash for my service, my payment was rejected because I did not have exact change. Thus, I ended up having to pay with a credit card and incur the additional 2% surcharge. If the dealership is trying to drive customers to cash transactions, they should be set up to handle normal cash transactions.

2024 Subaru Ascent review
After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

Fun daily driver with nice response time. The exterior is sharp (especially compared to the new models). The exhaust has a great throaty tone to it. My biggest complaint is the interior air controls. All subarus have them and they are not intuitive.

Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.
2023 Subaru Outback review
Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

2021 Subaru Forester review
Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Best experience in 50 years of purchasing vehicles. Here’s why: For some context: I’m a hard-core car guy and have purchased and owned a number of high-end vehicles over the years. Also, as a retired Sales VP I’ve seen some of the best and worst of sales experiences at car dealers. I could hardly wait to get my hands on their new Uncharted EV and was interested to see if the rumors I’ve heard about Subaru dealers being easy to work with were true. However, I never thought this would be the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. It was also a pleasant surprise because they’re part of a large conglomerate, AutoNation that had great reach to get me the vehicle I wanted and was unbelievably flexible. Andy Morales, my sales rep, was simply outstanding. He made the car buying process fun! He was very communicative, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and projected a honest I’m here to help vibe. Best of all he was not high pressure. One of the more pleasurable experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. I would highly recommend Andy. When it came time to close the deal, I had the great good fortune to work with Colton the sales manager. Usually, working with the sales manager or finance manager is challenging to say the least. Colton was a breath of fresh air! Very easy and straightforward to work with. Everything was in writing, he was easy to deal with and didn’t do the normal pushy let’s add all the crap you really don’t need at the end spiel. Such a great experience and he was able to give me a very competitive offer as well. So the bottom line is I was absolutely stunned how great these guys are to work with. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Andy and Colton. What a great way to start my first experience with Subaru!! One last observation. 2024 Subaru Forester review
I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

2025 Subaru Ascent review
First Subaru ever. Got the Ascent Touring onyx. Fully loaded. The handling is great. I love the all wheel drive. It is much zippier than my Toyota Highlander Hybrid. For the money, the safety equipment, and extras are worth it. I LOVE the auto vehicle hold! Never knew I needed it until I had it. I miss the mileage of my hybrid, but the amount I drive it is not too much of an overall ownership cost difference. The center counsel system is slow to react sometimes, and would like physical buttons. Otherwise I love the large screen. Happy that the shifter is actually a shifter not a button or knob. Love the rear view camera, and surround cameras for parking are good. App, is better than most, and facial recognition is great for seat, mirror adjustments and lifetime gas mileage!

2023 Subaru WRX review
About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

2017 Subaru Forester review
I have owned my 2017 Forester since late 2016. Except for normal maintenance I've had no problems with thr vehicle. All of the warning systems work very well,they have saved me from accidents numerous times. The automatic seat repositioning when some one else has used my is really handy eliminates all the adjusting needed to get the position back to my needs. Traction and controll during winter and bad weather are excellent. My forrester get used like a truck at times. Great overall car.

2025 Subaru Outback review
An excellent vehicle for the bat s..t crazy fast urban interstates that are all cracked and busted that I commute daily - soaks up road imperfections very well - excellent visibility quality fit and finish . surprisingly well equipped - fantastic safety + features and my first car with turning headlights and water proof seats- cool machine all around. highly recommend.

2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

It has been a little over 8 months since I purchased my mustang gt from Anytime Auto. I have had to make a couple small repairs but overall I'm still so happy with the service I received and how easy it was to make the whole deal happen. The paperwork was so fast and easy, when they gave me the keys I think I was in partial shock. Since I was coming from out of town they did most of it and had it ready when I arrived which was great. The day I came was the only day I had out of work for around 2 weeks and I had to rush about 2 hours to get there in time to get the car, sign the papers and drive home. Also, with it marked so far under bluebook value, very low miles.. I had to get it. Problem was, I needed to go that day but had nobody to drive my old vehicle back for me so they allowed me to park my old car on their property for a few days until I could have someone come back to pick it up which to me was so helpful and was appreciated. So thank you guys for selling me my dream car. She's runnin so nice and smooth.
2015 Subaru WRX STI review
I gave only 4 stars on performance but 5 stars on everything else. The power output has been the same since 2004 using the same engine platform from day 1 and needed some more poines (I always thought they should have been 6 cylinders and turbcharged), reliability has always been pretty good for me with these cars but overall it gets a soild 5 stars. I've had 6 Subarus and all of them have been great cars.
