They say that the suspension is so tight that if you run over a penny on the highway in a WRX you can definintely feel it! If you run one over in a STI you can tell what year it is!
Was just out and about checking into Subaru after reading consumer reports, Steven greeted me and was a big help in me deciding what I want to do. He answered all my questions and was not pushy like so many other sales man. I haven't decided what to buy just yet, but when I'm ready I'll be buying from Steven at Bill Bryan Subaru.

This car handles snow with fun! Basically it handles like a charm and there is nothing I would change. I have the Limited w/ Eyesight which I highly recommend. The downside are the HVAC controls. They are not intuitive at all and I find I have to take my eyes off the roads to make simple adjustments. The screen also reflects the sunlight and can be difficult to see at times. Comfort is excellent, front and back, and ingress/egress is great for folks w/o arthritis. Trunk space is also a plus.
Tim RIVERA was great and very thorough and concise in presentation and support on new vehicle purchase. Paired my phone and went into detail on all accessories and available options. Very good purchase experience!

This car is just a load packaged car. Better then my 2013 limited. Feels faster for a 4 cylinder. Feels so luxurious like a Acura. So big and spacy. It just a good car.
I will always buy from Bill Bryan Subaru and the friendly staff like Joe Mac and the service department staff who always treat me like I am the only one there

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.
From the moment we walked onto the lot, until we left the dealership, the service was outstanding. It began with Candice in Internet Sales, handing us over to the nicest sales person I had met in all the dealerships that I had been to in the previous months. This person is Mr. Joe MAC. He helped us find a vehicle that had everything we were looking for and within the budget we wanted. Very straight forward, patient and answered all of our questions in a calm manner We never felt any pressure and am very grateful that we had him as our sales person. If you are looking for good service, Joe MAC is your guy!

Loved how much trunk space it gave me! The leather is so much easier to clean than cloth!! The all weather mats made all the difference in the snow.
I went into the dealership the other day and Brent helped me with financing. He really knew what he was talking about and he worked pretty fast, if I go back i'm definitely requesting him again. 10/10 would recommend.

Trouble free transportation in a nice looking all around good car.
Clean oil and filters and a full tank of gas and you are good to go.
This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to Tony! He even gave some life advice lol. The day I purchased my car was awesome! I met Luis Arce and I told him I really wanted that car and he made it happened. He listened and was a great help. I absolutely love my 2015 Impreza, it's extremely reliable in all types of weather thanks to its AWD system. I've never had any issues with performance or with its comfort. My one issue is slight and more surface related, but the screen and the operating system is very wonky. Their standard Starlink system doesn't work very well in this model, although I believe they did a lot to improve it in later models. Small complaint, but otherwise I've thoroughly enjoyed my car and would recommend it to anyone.
Joe was extremely helpful abd diligent. He made sure I had all my questions answered and was very accomodating given my unique circumstances. Great experience.

The car is very safe and comfortable. If you drive the car, you can feel stable, Even though the car is a wagon car, I can feel getting on SUV like CR-V. In particular, when it snows, the car is the best car that I guarantee.

I like the sporty look and the interior is sleek. the car is easy to handle and the trunk hold what I need. Its not so complicated which makes it easier to use all the devises it has for electronic convenience. it's a perfect fit for my 6 foot husband and my 5 foot height. My neighbor said I look slick driving it.
I came in to get a regular maintenance check on my car and my friend Fabio was very professional and extremely helpful in answering any concerns I may have had. THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.

This is the 2nd Legacy I've owned. They are fantastic vehicles, no issues, does better than imagined in snow. I've already purchased my 3rd. The only reason I get rid of them is because I drive 30k miles/yr and I don't like having vehicles over 100k. I averaged about 32 mpg over the life of the car (mostly highway).

Good small family car. Wasnt as stable as I thought it would be on highways next to big cars. Maybe because it is a small car and the wheelbase is small.
My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .

Excellent running car looked good and had everything you would want in a car. The only problem for me was that it had just more miles on it that I had wanted.

Have always admired Subaru's legendary reliability and AWD, so it was an obvious choice when I needed to buy an economical AWD commuter for my wife.
Joseph was my associate and he was very helpful. Taking time to explain what was done and why. He also showed me recommendations for other services I should consider. When I explained that due to the recent holiday I would have to postpone some of the items, he was considerate and assured me that I could contact him when I was ready. Overall it was an excellent experience!

This car is nuts. I bought it about a month ago and it's an absolute thrill to drive. It's super fast and can get up and go whenever you need it to. The interior is clean, the exterior is mean. I love this car. The only problem I have with it is the stereo. It always looks for an HD version of the station you're listening to but if it's not a strong signal, it will go back and forth from HD and non-HD, resulting in a fluctuation in volume that's pretty annoying. I just listen to music on my phone instead.
Salesman did a great job of finding what we wanted as opposed to putting into something we did not want. The Financial person was every annoyed to the point of being rude because we chose not to buy what he was selling.
Don't get it.

We drove the subaru impress sport 2012 off ken Fowlers lot new. Not 3 months later is when problems started we have had struts leak,gaskets blow,6 months in the engine needed to be removed from vehicle due to a massive oil leak. Keep extra oil on hand as oil needs to be added between oil changes, our car just missed cut off for the recall due to this oil problem so you may qualify for free oil changes you should look into that. Our air bag is coming out of the steering wheel which subaru told me they will not fix YOU HAVE TO SERVICE THE AIR BAGS ONCE A YEAR. It's pricy!! My transmission is horrible I lack power randomly, I've had electrical issues somedays i have lights sometimes not sometimes the dash will flash all the warning lights sometimes i have 0 lights in the car at all, it blows out all my driving lights on car so prepare to replace headlights and break lights often. Windows roll down randomly and iv been locked in...YES FOKES IV BEEN LOCKED INSIDE OF MY CAR !!! electical problems DO NOT show when running a diagnosis on the car ken fowler MY DEALER says IF i can't see THE PROBLEM nothing is wrong. SOO You may have to handle electical issues yourself. The car has tire sensors that stop shifting if you run over anything and need a patch on 1 of your new 800.00 set of tires you will need a new set of tires or if you decide to patch the new tire you'll be driving with a screw driver in your emergency shift button. Classy! The car doesn't hold an alignment so your tires wear quick. So if you are buying for the safety and reliability of subaru. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND DOING YOUR RESEARCH.!!!!(with your insurance too) I wouldn't recommend subaru to anybody. I never thought I would have to dump so much money into a new car. your just buying the name not the quality they were once known for.
